Friendly feedback for Nadine: please can you not interrupt Jo all the time? ;-) I find the best way to get oil on my scalp is by refilling it into an empty roller bottle, then you can lift your roots and roll away, it's also less messy. Also PRO TIP for insect bites: Buy yourself some SMIDGE - you won't get bitten at all with this. It can defeat the Scottish Midgies as well as mosquitoes. It really works. Hope this helps 🙂
Smidge is amazing I was always plagued by bites before using it.

The best mascara I have used and would never be without is No7 stay perfect. it’s a tubing mascara and is pretty much life proof. I never hear anyone talk about it

peri menupausol can start from the age of 35yrs old , the average age of menupause is 51yrs so you can be peri 10yrs before menupause .All my friends are peri at the moment & we are all 41yrs old & on HRT..
women are just not educated its is sad....
I still struggle with western mascaras (& I have tried a lot of them over the years, including Max Factor, Maybelline, Elizabeth Arden, etc) but find that the Japanese brand Kiss Me Heroine works a treat and is relatively bullet proof. I would also recommend that Jo gets onto the Olive Young International site and orders herself the Healing Bird Ultra Protein No Wash Ampoule Treatment for her hair. Moremo do something similar which also works well. They also have a lot of shampoos aimed at people who are suffering from hair loss. For dandruff I have been using the Aromatica Rosemary scalp shampoo from Olive Young for the past three months, and have had no dandruff whatsoever (and it doesn't knock out my sinuses either)!

I totally agree with Jo on Lancôme mascara. I’ve been wearing mascara since I was 14 years old, I’m now 54, and I’ve tried so many over the last 40 years! Lancôme ones have always disappointed me… I’m a fan of Dior’s mascaras, they don’t smudge and they don’t transfer, and Pupa’s for a more budget friendly option.

Thumbs up for the 2000 calorie mascara one of the best! I'm now loving the essence lash princess mascara bloody amazing and cheap as chips too x gets better after a week of use though x love you ladies ❤️

I'd love you to do a skincare video on scalp. You touch on something here about having an allergic response to your own skin oils. I have this from menopausal hot flushes on scalp and it is so taboo. The doctors just either throw things at you that oil the scalp and make it worse. So few people realise that dry scalp can because too much natural oils can cause yeasts to have a party which in turn cause quicker shed. Love some advice around this and how to treat the ends of your hair differently to your scalp. Please do this it is sucha taboo discussions I know you will have a lot of knowledge that will help people. Xxx

I've tried mascara at all different price points, including Lancome and Benefit, but I always, always go back to Max Factor. I agree with Jo, though; the packaging needs updating.

You need to break aloe vera,not cut it. If you cut it the plant produces defensive elements because it thinks its under attack.
If you can, try Maybelline mascara!
I found the Amla hair oil in the shops but it says it will strengthen, lengthen and darken hair...that it helps with grey hair. Ive stopped colouring my hair and have gone grey so will this colour my hair?? Great to see the both of you back together x
