    It may be helpful to some in trying to feel or activate the adductors to hint that the same side foot should unlock and pronate at the same time as they engage? Pressing into the ground and feeling the foot rotate inwards across the heel sometimes helps.
    Lots of people have locked up feet from modern shoes and this whole chain fails to work ‘as designed’ making walking quite laborious.

    Thank you this lesson was illuminating. I'd like to offer my 2¢ I think musically JKA has a staccato feel to it a more legato sound as in JOK might make the name easier to remember ❤
