A philosophical take on gastronomy: it’s not just for sustenance but it speaks the voice of region with its people. Thank you. I’ll think about that next time I eat. 😅❤

@@MagrizaMadeMeCook I’m trying to piece the lyrics together but I can’t - I’m not familiar with it. Which part of MatLand did you film it in? What occasion/context is the song performed? And could you please post o clip of the entire song on its own 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Well done Kudzai, reflecting variety and yet still indigenous. I wonder what masese sauce takes like?
    Very nice homestead.

Kudzai said we need to move away from tradition I have to say that is very wrong and I as a proud African man I think we need to embrace tradition more… The simple answer to the question asked is we need to be more proud of who we are stop trying to be who we are not I have traveled a lot aswell globally I have met many people from different parts of the world and I have realised the things that pop the most like food music arts are things that the indigenous people are proud of that they don’t want to change thru the love and passion forcing other people to end up falling in love aswell with it…

I think what he meant was we should move with the times and modernise our traditional foods like other people do. We have cooked our foods the same way since time immemorial. And we need to move from that.

I think he meant to say in line with our cooking methods and preparation.

That's whats up..trying out new ways to influence the African dish and ingredients with an international aesthetic. I'm sure that sauce #Masese if packaged could make a lot of money for the chef and expose the region as a power house of African cuisine.
