For me, Capcut is just the alternative I use instead of Movavi on our PC when I'm too lazy to go on the computer and convert a bunch of TH-cam videos to MP3 and MP4 files and potentially get 1000s of viruses downloaded onto the computer. With Capcut it's as simple as screen recording the video and selecting it from Photo Library :D I gotta say though, Movavi is easier and funner for me to use because the buttons are easier to click.
Okay so, here’s what I think about this topic: Procreate dreams is out, I haven’t gotten it but it does look extremely impressive. It has so many mind boggling features that I would like apps like Flipaclip to add. Flipaclip has always seemed as a beginner app to me, but I feel like it’s just following procreate’s lead. With the new 2024 trailer, the first thing I thought when I saw it was, “this looks exactly like pro dreams and Toonsquid” and although I’m so happy that Flipaclip is getting better, with the alpha lock, clip mask and other stuff, it just feels the same as Toonsquid. Toonsquid is just fine tho, it’s not too hard to figure out, and it has keframing which I really like. edit: I doubt anyone will read this entire thing. another edit: oh my god 100 likes thank you! 👍

Never used Toonsquid. but I am so glad there was no shade thrown to it. It's like that group who constantly tries to one up each other and in that group is the one person so kind and wholesome no one dares throw shade at them. At least they have some dignity.
@@FurretFan2424Animation is extremely hard, you don't realize that. Some OSC stuff doesn't have good animation but it's probably their first project. Just because it's undetailed doesn't mean it's bad, take hfjONE for example, the animation style is kinda simplistic but the best thing I have ever watched.
To second certain parts I think, is that what the lasso does? Procreate dreams is missing a few important features TBH. Like…WHERE IS THE UNDO BUTTON?! And a of course HOW CAN I MAKE A PERFECT LINE OR CURCLE? That’s all I need ok
@@PixelaGames2000 Same, It kind of sucks that I need to import a custom brush from Procreate with high stability just so that I can make straight lines. Procreate Dreams is relatively new, so hopefully all of our beloved features we have in ProCreate will be added in future updates Edit: As a substitute for the undo button, you can tap on the screen with two fingers to undo stuff, and with three fingers to redo stuff. And if you also have a high stability brush, or really any brush you want from ProCreate, hold the brush in ProCreate, then drag it all the way out of the app and into ProCreate Dreams, where it will import the brush

I APPRECIATE THE SHADE THROWN TO IMOVIE IT WAS FAIR AS HECK THAT APP WAS HELL TO USE IT CRASHED LIKE EVERY TWO SECONDS AND U COULD BARLEY EDIT BECAUSE IT TOOK UP HALF YOUR STORAGE AND YOU HAD TO DELETE IT ONCE A DAY SO YOUR PROJECTS DIDNT TAKE UP THE SAME AMOUNT OF STORAGE AS ALL YOUR OTHER APPS COMBINED-

It depends on the artist. If you want a hand-drawn animation, I would choose procreate or ibis, if you want an easier animation, using graphs and stuff, I would choose alight motion or CapCut
Though not included, I feel like StickNodes is the undisputed champion if it were ever to be here, the type of stuff people are able to make there are insane.
The thing I don’t like about FlipaClip is the fact that it takes up 44 GB of storage in my phone, like dude, can’t I just make a 10 minute long animation in peace? Welp… it’s been a year since I made an animation close to 10 minutes long though…

Toonsquid and Kinemaster were used to make this video, so I mean- Also this video was HILARIOUS and wonderfully animated, so it’s very pleasing to see it get the recognition it deserves!

I love how ToonSquid is so good, that nobody attacks them. As a ToonSquid user, I can say that its depiction is accurate and that I would recommend ToonSquid to any animator with an iPad.
if i'm honest i'm an after effects user entirely, i use it for both editing and animation (i'm an animator btw) and i'd say it's the best editing app i ever had, it's true confusing at first but when you learn to use it, you can create anything you'd like and it's pretty cool
I used to use after effects for editing and 100% agree. It’s extremely expensive though, getting a powerful desktop getting subscription, buying plugins etc

As a Ibis and Capcut user, seeing Capcut and Ibis hate eachother is the funniest thing i've watched today.
It depends on the artist. If you want a hand-drawn animation, I would choose procreate or ibis, if you want an easier animation, using graphs and stuff, I would choose alight motion or CapCut

if i'm honest i'm an after effects user entirely, i use it for both editing and animation (i'm an animator btw) and i'd say it's the best editing app i ever had, it's true confusing at first but when you learn to use it, you can create anything you'd like and it's pretty cool

My first animation program was FrameCast. I remember purposely animating above that long grey watermark so I could chop it off in my photo gallery. 😂
