Reminder: Gale's Necklace actually spawns around mountain randomly, it is completely client sided (which means only you can see it) and changes every time you join a server.

Another spot is behind a tree on the side of the cold cliff where the pro theif spawns and straight backwards. ( The duke of Rocks left down the cliff )
TIP: it glows a blue light so its easy to spot even if its not in direct sight.

btw shortcut is cloud city then glider
