Yeah, I feel like the first person and first firing bit makes the video feel more personal and more...real, I suppose would be the word. What you lose in not being "professional" in it, I feel, is more than made up for by how genuine your first impression is.
CTIMEPRODUCTIONS Yeah, I like that too. especially after coming from being semi experienced in a nerf war (Went to a location where I live where they run Laser Tag style nerf wars.)
I like seeing you open the guns and review them as you go, rather than opening the whole thing and figuring it out off-camera. Seeing initial reactions is one of my favorite things in any kind of reviews. I'll probably be picking this thing up soon... it looks pretty cool :D
I actually bought a Magnus yesterday. I'm happy with it's ranges, but the accuracy is shocking. It was either that, or a Strongarm, but I wanted to test one of the Mega series blasters.
Drac, you most likely don't remember me. But I was quit a jerk on a GunVsGun video called "The First Nerf Gun EVER" or something similar. I'd just like to say I'm sorry for those words and hope you can forgive me.
So glad to see you back! Now we just need more blasters for you to review. And, also, the more personal style with honest opinions and an unboxing are the reason I watch your videos. I know you give out honest opinions from the start. It's reliable.
I'm new to your channel, and trust me, what attracts me to keep coming back is your honest reviews. How you reviews them with your video goggle (if that's what you call it), and do a very honest first impressions of how this blaster works.
I love the 1st person opening and testing, you know what to expect if you get one then. Still having picked up a Magnus but if if you did a mod to stand darts video id probably be tempted now
The only niggle I have about the design of the Magnus is the dart sized hole in the slide. I think they were trying to go something similar like the Speedload 6 or Fusefire, but I guess they found that having it open would lead to jams or reduced ranges, so they decided to have it close up like any other clipfed blaster in the N-Strike (Elite) line. Though, it still bothers me that the top of the breach is pretty much exposed when the slide is fully forward, but it could be just me
Everyone has their own preference on vids. I like the goggle format just as much as a tripod set up. As for the blaster, I like the Magnus. It's comfy & has decent performance. I took out the trigger lock & put in a stock Stampede spring. Not much better but there was a little increase. Might look into trimming a k26 or an OMW Stampede spring next.
Damn, straight, we wanted more videos! Can't wait for the mod vid. Hey, while you're at it, a great use for the Mega Centurion clip, since the gun was OBVIOUSLY terrible, is to use it as an integration for the Mega Magnus. I've seen other people attempt and succeed (surprisingly, without your assistance) in making the gun more efficient with a higher dart capacity and it just looks sick. Thanks for reading (if you did XD), and can't wait for the future vids.
Welcome back, Drac! We all welcome you back to the living, regardless of your... condition lol. I think that I can speak for all of your TRUE fans when I say that we are all glad to have you back!
Hey drac, does the new mega dart work and fit in older mega dart shooting blasters? I found a vintage mega dart firing tech target at a good will but i don't have vintage mega darts i dont really want to mod it for micro darts cause its in great condition.
Good review. I see no problem watching you figure out the gun on video. Also the glasses are fine. I mean you do this for nothing with your own spare time and it's super informative for anyone debating whether or not to purchase a specific nerf gun. It sucks hard when you drop $15-30 bucks on a crappy gun so thanks for the vids.
After the mod video, you should try to cut it and make it smaller while at the same time keeping the functionality of it, or like do same mod vid twice and throw making it smaller into it. Idk it's up to you, just a thought. Oh, and I'm really glad you made a video because I've been finding new channels to subscribe to and I was worried that if you didn't come out with a video I'd have to unsubscribe to make room, so I'm really glad your making more. :)
I really liked this one to start, but I kept jamming darts and ruining the darts. Plus the "clip" eventually warps your darts. I just picked up the Cyclone Shock and love it far more since you have double the capacity, no jamming, ability to reload mid-battle and no damage to darts!
with the centurion it has a clip lock that povents you from putting the clip in with out the barrel attached oh since I want to mod it what spring should I use
Drac, you have amazing content. It doesn't matter what the 'haters' are saying, your videos show first impressions, and are completely honest, and thorough. All of those are rare nowadays, keep up the amazing work!
Welcome back Drac! Your video format is fine... You've learned to control the goggles well. Just think in a year with google glasses - there will be way more POV vids. U were the first
Hey drac it would be cool if you did a casul type paint job with two of this to make them hellsing themed, also great to finally see you back in business.
What can I do with my centurion then, I bought it and it didn’t come with a magazine this is a nightmare, I have to load the darts into it by hand and it isn’t to accurate
Awesome! Considering its a Mega i thought it was going to be as bad as the Centurion! Also didnt you say that the goggles were HD quality? the vid was only in 480p. And finally I cannot wait for the new mod video of this gun! welcome back.
The only thing that I mind about the video goggles being used is the fish-eye effect that you get sometimes. It's not incredibly noticeable most of the time but every once in a while it gets really exaggerated and is jarring. I think that the goggles are good for this kind of thing definitely, but for mod guides it might be nice to just have a final shot from a tripod or something. I dunno. I'm mostly just happy that you're back,
Not sure about the rest of your viewers, but I dig the unboxing and unscripted reviews. Very good feeling to watch. The only problem I have with the presentation is that the mic quality is a bit low, but other than that, very nice.
I think that the video goggles are average because it's like watching what you would be normally watching, for example , opening the box or shooting, the nerf gun.
Draco dont listen to those geeks ur actually doing the recording better than those old cams and tri pods and being pro at the blaster when u review it but I think its better that u unbox cuz i like watching people unbox things and review it at first sights! UR DOING PERFECT RIGHT NOW KEEP UP!!! :D
Doesn't the Magnus look like a Desert Eagle?
Not at all.
The slide on the desrt eagle is nothing like this.
Not to mention that there is no internal magazine.
yeah
No
More like " Guess who's Drac ! Drac again! "
" Drac is back ! Tell a friend !"
Thats really funny, I didn't think of that.
I saw the vid description and thought of it that very second . Thanks , Im glad you thought it was funny !
Mom's spaghetti
*cough* ownagepranks *cough*
@@alien4398palms a sweaty knees weak arms are heavy vomit on his sweater already MOMS SPAGHETTI
Amazing gun. My dad stood right by the backdoor, and shot a dart all the way over the fence with it!
If you take the barrel off the centurion it gets good range
The Magnus blaster kinda looks like the Desert Eagle.
Drac is back, and that rhymes.
true that
Yeah, I feel like the first person and first firing bit makes the video feel more personal and more...real, I suppose would be the word. What you lose in not being "professional" in it, I feel, is more than made up for by how genuine your first impression is.
Truly wonderful to read this comment, for multiple reasons.
I really like the POV for the firing as we can see how far the darts go and what kind of spread you get.
CTIMEPRODUCTIONS Yeah, I like that too. especially after coming from being semi experienced in a nerf war (Went to a location where I live where they run Laser Tag style nerf wars.)
Oi
Não entendi direito

Being a jerk on GunvsGun you should get a medal
Have you been forgiven?
The first nerf gun was the 1992 Nerf Sharpshooter.
See mom? NERF ISNT FOR JUST FOR LITTLE KIDS!
this was uploaded on my birthday that year.
:)
So glad to see you back! Now we just need more blasters for you to review. And, also, the more personal style with honest opinions and an unboxing are the reason I watch your videos. I know you give out honest opinions from the start. It's reliable.

Don't change your videos! First person is fine. Box-opening stuff is entertaining. Professional reviews are boring.
I got my Magnus today and I think it would be great for goofing around with friends!
I love the 1st person opening and testing, you know what to expect if you get one then. Still having picked up a Magnus but if if you did a mod to stand darts video id probably be tempted now

This is one of the most fascinating things about Drac's channel: it really only comes back to life (or undead life) during the summer.
Everyone has their own preference on vids. I like the goggle format just as much as a tripod set up.

Welcome back Drac! I'm gonna become more involved in Nerf NIC too!
Welcome back man. Forget what people say about your style of review, do what you do Drac. We've missed you
Yes he's back it's great to know this. Keep on drac!!!! :)
Cracking vid drac! Wasn't interested in the mega, but will get this now! Love the first person style. MORE PLEASE.
I'm so happy that you are back Drack. I've really missed you.
shrak is drack
Drac you are the vampire king and ruler of Nerf you are better than any other Nerf TH-camr
Damn, straight, we wanted more videos! Can't wait for the mod vid. I'm so glad your are back on the horse. You are my Nerf inspiration.
Somebody should seriously tell Nerf what the difference between a clip and a magazine is.
Welcome back, Drac! We all welcome you back to the living, regardless of your... condition lol. I think that I can speak for all of your TRUE fans when I say that we are all glad to have you back!
Woot! New vid! I was wondering when you were going to get to this one.
HES BACK
YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guess who's back,back,back again-gain-gain!
@Striking Nerf: Guess who's back, tell a friend!
Drac you should use the centurion clip and integrate it on the Magnus so you have a larger clip.
Glad that you're back please keep making videos
Hey drac, does the new mega dart work and fit in older mega dart shooting blasters? I found a vintage mega dart firing tech target at a good will but i don't have vintage mega darts i dont really want to mod it for micro darts cause its in great condition.
You are my 2nd favorite nerf youtuber. Please keep making videos. DON'T STOP!!!!!
This is where the term honest review came from. I finally found it
Good review.
I really like the video googles! And glad to see you back!
Drac, I'm gonna get a chance to buy a blaster should I get this
After the mod video, you should try to cut it and make it smaller while at the same time keeping the functionality of it, or like do same mod vid twice and throw making it smaller into it. Ye I agree
I really liked this one to start, but I kept jamming darts and ruining the darts. Plus the "clip" eventually warps your darts.
I just picked up the Cyclone Shock and love it far more since you have double the capacity, no jamming, ability to reload mid-battle and no damage to darts!
drac finally read the instructions... wow. maybe i can break a nokia now.
with the centurion it has a clip lock that povents you from putting the clip in with out the barrel attached
oh since I want to mod it what spring should I use
I think, having used the Magnus, and lost many darts with it, that blaster is designed to be a close range "guard blaster" with plenty of power.
heres a question drac what happens when you cross a magnus with a strongarm? you should find out :].
He returns...
Hey Drac! You mention having video goggles? Could you reveal what brand/type they are?
Google i think
Hey Drac I'm excited about u making videos again.
Drac when is the mod guide for the rapidstrike going to come out?
- Death
You might be able to make a Halo magnum from the magnus
Maybe, that would be sick!
Creepycactus1
Yeah, it looks like about the right size, and it's pretty cheap so you could make 2 and duel wield them
Drac, you have amazing content. It doesn't matter what the 'haters' are saying, your videos show first impressions, and are completely honest, and thorough. All of those are rare nowadays, keep up the amazing work!

Hey drac it would be cool if you did a casul type paint job with two of this to make them hellsing themed, also great to finally see you back in business.
I would like to see more videos of you actually playing in Nerf matches.
im glad to see a new video and excited for the mod video keep them coming thanks!
Welcome back Drac.
I'm glad to see him back
i appreciate your humbleness and honesty in reviewing, also you don't have an annoying voice so that's a big plus
+Henry Schecker also 1st person perspective is why i prefer your reviews over your contemporaries
Nice to see you back buddy.
oh cool, you have an orange trigger. Here in NZ they gave us grey triggers
In Russia all megas come with grey triggers.
What can I do with my centurion then, I bought it and it didn’t come with a magazine this is a nightmare, I have to load the darts into it by hand and it isn’t to accurate
Someone gave him a revive and now he needs a potion.
The Nerf version of the Desert Eagle.
FINALLY.
Glad to have ya back!
What video goggles do you use, and where can i buy them?
we really need an elite sniper rifle, since the Longshot isn't in production any more.
"I'm still using the video potato because it,s super duper easy to use..."
Awesome! Considering its a Mega i thought it was going to be as bad as the Centurion! Also didnt you say that the goggles were HD quality? the vid was only in 480p. And finally I cannot wait for the new mod video of this gun! welcome back.

How can i make the crappy mega darts shoots more accurate?
The magnus reminds me of the pistol you get while playing as a marine in Alien vs Predator
lol its funny looking back on this video and realizing that it's already been 3 years....
Glad ur back drac
The vampire never dies.. He returns...
the reason it's not cooperating is because you supposed to put the barrel on first
what
What do you mean?
at 3:16 a new series was born
Great to see you back
What if they made a full size blaster with an internal mag
I like the way you are doing the videos so keep on doing it :D
Could you make some videos on EverydayAlchemy?
"I like this much more than the Centurion" CENTURION CENTURION CENTURION! "The centurion is very dissappointing" ARGHH CENTURION
what have we learned today kids? a pistol is more powerful than a huge mlg f4ze n0sc0ope r1fl3.
Do you have a go pro also how much do they cost
*puts sticker onto Magnus saying (my second awp is my magnus)*
Why do you always dry fire the gun when out of the box?
correction: why do you dry with fire outside the box
not why do you dry fire outside of box
Do u rely have to be so dumb
do you have to be bad at spelling?
What is dry firing
I love the goggles, I think it adds a neat perspective into the videos.
coop is not pompous he is funny and he knows what he is talking about. drac is the same way. they both know what they are talking about
I have a question my centurions tube thing chiped and flings back every time i shoot. is that normal and i never dropped it or anything.
Hunter Prokurat It always does that, Hasbro thought they should give the Piece of Shit "recoil"
Sergeant Serendipity actually the plunger tube is gigantic and it still sucks
Aarnts Rocks Yes, everyone hates the Centurion
He's back finally
Drac put the silencer in mega centurion if you don't put that the clip will not go in properly
am i gonna like the gun draconical?
i have a magnus and with an angled shot i measured it and it went well over 100'
Katie Powers
Dayum dude
and it whistles and the whistling sounds cool
I think that the video goggles are average because it's like watching what you would be normally watching, for example , opening the box or shooting, the nerf gun.
I really like this blaster, my only beef with it is that the first dart never seems to chamber right, making the first shot fly wonky.
can you tell people about the video goggles? because i want to know about them.
i like the goggles for the unboxing but i feel like for a modding video a tripod camera setup would be bettetr
where do you get the video gogles
Draco dont listen to those geeks ur actually doing the recording better than those old cams and tri pods and being pro at the blaster when u review it but I think its better that u unbox cuz i like watching people unbox things and review it at first sights! UR DOING PERFECT RIGHT NOW KEEP UP!!! :D
Welcome back, friend. :)
One of my elite nerf blasters says it shoots up to 65 feet but it got well over 65 feet.
