People under rate Slikk because he’s really humble. He still looks good sound good, he doesn’t have kids everywhere and did not let the music industry take his soul. More logical than anyone ever expects? No Limit was one of the biggest music enterprises of the late 90s in all genres. It was revolutionary and I know I’m getting carried away but really it was. When I think about No Limit I don’t think of gutter. It was already clean. It’s musical theater man there’s some layers in those words and that’s part of why it was so successful. They didn’t portray a thug image just because, like really go back and watch a video like “The Ghetto’s Trying To Kill Me”They didn’t do that ish by accident.

Not gonna lie I never thought about or knew that I would be so interested in a sillk the shocker drink champs episode..this was dope and gave me the behind the scenes of one of the rappers I first got into from the south..I still remember the no limit advertisments in the source magazine..and all the cd covers the graphics were always over the top and fly..had the money the guns all done in what I call the no limit style...it's definitely them who made that shit hot as far as a new way to do album covers..
