Slow Stitching Meditation helped me heal :)
Hi guys :)
I decided to share with you slow stitching meditation I have been practicing this winter during being under the weather. This turned out to be such a meditative practice. And it really works for me as this is a form of active meditation that I love.
I have been doing some research and a lot of people are into this kind of practice - so I decided to share with you guys in case you didnt know about it. I know there is jewelry making community here but sharing interesting thing is always a welcome I think. )
