Everytime i lock my screen, the blackscreen issue comes back, which means i need to force restart everytime i want to use it... Factory reset didn't solve the problem. Anyone facing this same issue? (The phone works perfectly when i use it but if i lock it => black screen)

My moms Galaxy A10e done this last night and unfortunately the phone had other bullshit plans. Was showing nothing on the screen at all and didn't respond to any touches, button presses or even plugging it in. Seen this mentioned in multiple places online (even VZW site says it). Pressed Power + Volume Down for a few seconds til it buzzed and a Samsung screen showed up. After that a white screen came up saying "ERASING..". It then proceeded to finish "Factory Reset" itself. Spent all night trying to get the phone back to the way it was. UTTER BULLSHIT!
There's no excuse for this garbage. Nowhere does it say pressing Vol Down + Power DELETES EVERYTHING on the phone. 😠😡 Samshit
