They were last serviced about 1000miles ago. Poor workmanship and rubbish fuel has caused most of the issues. If refurbed/serviced properly and treated right they will last a long time without issues
Hey i have a 86 fj1200 with a rack of mikuni carbs i took the floats off and got them mixed up and cant remember which float goes where. They have numbers on the original floats any idea of which goes where ?
What numbers ? It shouldn’t actually matter which float you put where. However if using old float needles I would try out them in the place they came from.
Any comments welcome
How many miles they done since last service on the carbs?

O ok I thought the floats weighed differently since had different numbers on the original floats
@@Josh-qr7tm the floats so all be the same, they need to have the heights set to each needle thought
