This is nothing but marketing for banggood products.
Its the build quality of lens that looks better, not the image quality. obviously having an additional layer of lenses/glasses would deteriorate the quality and each phone telescope may have different level of quality depending of the quality of lens being used. But these can be handy for those rare moments where zoom is must, like capturing moon/star/eclipse or a distant event. Do not expect them to come good everywhere.

I am starting my practice, so what should I use,a lens like this (a big one) or a small one of I think is of 200 rupees or something. Vimal are you sure that you are using the same telephoto lens for shooting during the demo. I AM SURE NOT. REASON : chk the lens which is shown from 4.50 - 4.58 and what is shown after 5.00 is something different. I saw the video multiple times and realised that both are different. The shape of both are different.
