Spoiler for 138 Most of that sequence is just Mikasa imagining an Idealised version of Eren . However , I think the REAL Eren entered the dream when he says " Forget about me " you can see that he has Titan marks under his eyes , something that the IDEAL Eren didn't have .
Considering we don't even know what the end of the manga will be, apart from one sneak peak of the final frame, I doubt it. For all we know every main character gets wiped out.

Knowing eren he would probably still go out for freedom but what pushed him was when he started getting memories from his dad. This song makes me cry everytime. It just perfectly captures the hope and determination all the scouts had to defeat the Titans. Somehow, the fight against the Titans was far more easier than the fight against the truth. Those days were so innocent, simple, and golden.

Most of that sequence is just Mikasa imagining an Idealised version of Eren . However , I think the REAL Eren entered the dream when he says " Forget about me " you can see that he has Titan marks under his eyes , something that the IDEAL Eren didn't have .
