Very interesting! I have been to Plymouth several times-the Mayflower II and Plimouth Plantation, but didn’t know about this museum! Thanks for this info!
I grew up in the town of Tewkesbury in the 50's and 60's my friend's Dad had hundreds of arrow heads he found in a clearing in the woods behind his house it was an amazing collection loved to have just one. I've been to Plymouth but sadly never been to the museum, thanks for taking me there with your video. Take care.

Yeah two thumbs up for people like this guy for putting this footage up. So many historical things get lost or forgotten. It's good that there's channels like this guy's.
Yeah, I was a little disappointed with that too. Only a few were actually proven to have come over on the mayflower. Still some cool relics though. Thanks for watching :)
That beaver skin hat supposedly belongs to my 10th great grandmother Contstance Hopkins. I decend from her daughter Mary Snow. I also decend from several other Mayflower passengers: Warren, Cooke, Doty, Soule, Rogers, Allerton, Brewster, Bradford, and Howland. Thanks for the video.
Your title is misleading as it’s not the oldest museum in the USA. Charleston Museum in Charleston, SC was established by the Charleston Library Society in 1773. They were inspired to do so in part by the establishment of the British Museum.
History buffs from New England love to forget about the history of the South, as if everything happened in the Northeast, particularly with regard to the Revolutionary War. I'm not surprised that this channel seems to focus on New England.

The Mayflower artifacts would be kinda cool something with some provenonce other than this is an old artifact from somewhere from some period of time.

Meeting or eating the Pilgrims?
Being born in Plymouth, any older museum must be regarding Jamestown, yes?
