Yes that is yeast and u can use it again and again but the wine from u collecting the yeast that wine should be perfect .... otherwise yeast will destroy other wine too. U can collect the leftover yeast in any small sanitized bottle n keep it to frize for more then 3 months almost for 6 months .... Whenever u want to use that yest first bring it to room temperature after that only u can use it.

Well make your own yeast that is much batter then bakery yeast ... There are 3-4 videos on my channel regarding yeast making. If u have my number u can call or u leave your number in comment box I will definitely call you.
I made the red wine in this way. I poured boiling water mixed with sugar in the container as I didn't have sodium metabisulfite. The fermentation was good. I filtered out the grapes after 21 days like you. But now after 28 days the wine is still not clear. It's cloudy and doesn't taste very good. What should I do please suggest.

It's not that important it is just for sterilize the container that's only why I have added yeast after 24 hours of adding sodium metabisulphate. I have given all details in Mango wine video

सर मैंने काले अंगूर की वाइन बनाई है किचन रेप शीट लगाने के बाद रेप शीट अंदर की ओर खींच रही है शायद फर्मेंटेशन हो नहीं रहा क्या मेरी वाइन खराब हो गई, वाइन बनाए को 10 दिन हो गए कृपया मार्गदर्शन दे
आप रैप शीट को हटा कर किसी कढ़ची से हिला कर इसे मिला कर दोबारा से इसके ऊपर रैप शीट लगा दीजिए। अभी आप की वाइन खराब नहीं हुई होगी। अगर आपने अपनी वाइफ को छाना नहीं हैं तो आप वाइन को किसी साफ कपड़े से छान कर दोबारा से फरमेंट होने के लिए रख दीजिए।

Keep it some more days it will start clearing itself .... Do not drink inbetween let it be clear firt

बनाई wine को कितने दिनों तक रख सकते है, ज्यादा समय रखने पर ये जहरीली तो नहीं हो जाती या बनांते समय जहरीली होने का कोई चांस तो नहीं होता, कृपा कर बताये.
Wine nei. Ethanol hota hein jo ki zehreela nahin hota .... Aap wine ko kanch ki bottle mein yah kanch ke container mein 18 se 25 temperature main sal se bhi jyada rakh sakte hain.

सर मैंने काले अंगूर की वाइन बनाई है किचन रेप शीट लगाने के बाद रेप शीट अंदर की ओर खींच रही है शायद फर्मेंटेशन हो नहीं रहा क्या मेरी वाइन खराब हो गई, वाइन बनाए को 10 दिन हो गए कृपया मार्गदर्शन दे
आप रैप शीट को हटा कर किसी कढ़ची से हिला कर इसे मिला कर दोबारा से इसके ऊपर रैप शीट लगा दीजिए। अभी आप की वाइन खराब नहीं हुई होगी। अगर आपने अपनी वाइफ को छाना नहीं हैं तो आप वाइन को किसी साफ कपड़े से छान कर दोबारा से फरमेंट होने के लिए रख दीजिए।
उसके बावजूद भी कोई दिक्कत आती है तो अपना फोन नंबर छोड़ दीजिए मैं आपको कॉल कर लूंगा।
