Variation for SIT in general or pulse exercises? When doing SIT/Tabata you can always change one pulse exercise to another pulse exercise. SIT is all about getting short of breath in a short time frame. Doing HIIT - HIRT - TABATA - is all interval training and a great way to do SIT - hope this answer your question- or else let me know👍💪🏼💯
@@workoutbyac8423I realized it’s not the video quality but the audio and that you’re so zoomed out you feel far away. If you do mic hook up and zoom in a bit and get a ring light for the shadow on your face, it’ll feel more comfortable for the viewer.

This is my first time doing this. Ever. I wasn't looking at the clock, so when you QUIT in the middle of the minute, I did too. I was so mad that you did that. REPEATEDLY. How odd. Then the thumping in the audio was wracking my nerves. But I didn't want to quit in the middle of doing this torture. Why don't you actually DO the workout and dub your non stop chatter in later?. The best part of the workout was when I MUTED you. This was HORRIBLE! 😭
