I don't think there's another artist out there who has predicted how they were gonna leave the game, but Pac. He knew he was gonna die, and he wasn't scared to either. Legend.
Tupac brought that shit on himself that was the shitty part. Like Ice T said, an outsider should never get involved in L.A gang politics or gangs in general if you didnt grow up in it.
@@TheKcXiV Pac had been around LA to know what's up. He even said it himself, before he came to LA he was scared to come to LA because of the gangs. Everyone knew about LA's reputation with gang violence and gang banging. He just didn't care. Pac know niggas from EVERYWHERE! Inglewood, Compton, Watts, South Central,,etc. Crips, Bloods. He was just being a soldier. He was even put on MOB. Pac dissed REAL Gangsters before, like Haitian Jack, Jimmy Henchmen, Kimg Tut, etc. Who had WAY more pull. You think he was gonna be scared of some low level gang banger? 😂😂 Pac was with the business. He knew he was gonna die, and early at that. He rapped about it [his own death] in a lot of his songs. More than most. I can even say more than anybody. Pac just DGAF! Gangsters who ARE from LA, they too get shot and killed by other gang members from LA everyday... so what's your point? Lol They shouldn't have been involved with LA gang politics from their OWN city? 🤣😂

No artist on earth makes me feel the way I do when I listen to 2Pac. He was a legendary talent that can never be replaced.

This song was written during one of his darkest hours. He just been shot 5 times and accused of rape. The music he made in this point of his life was unapologetically raw. This album was released while he was in prison.
It was sad that at the age of 23 Tupac said he would be dead by the age of 25.

Tupac has a plethora of songs where he mentions his own death and predicts it in different ways. He knew it was coming. His closest friends (the outlaws) said in the last few weeks, 2pac said that although he knows he will die soon, he found a reason to live and wanted to live old, but is aware that he will never get that chance.

Yep! I broke ties with the game. You just gotta wake up one day and say I'm done like I did. You have to cut ties with the people that you gave loyalty to and received it from. That's the hardest part, cutting ties with people. That's how you do it though. Cut off everyone and everything you know. Start fresh basically. I wish Pac could've gotten out of the "Death Row" situation. That dude would still be here and it probably would've been President Tupac Shakur situation honestly!

Absolutely; having a feeling of a bad day is extremely different from feeling like "my time is near." Ifkyk. Fortunately so many ppl don't don't experience that
Redemption is possible for all. But you must repent and that requires honesty. After true acceptance the hard part is forgiving yourself. I truly believe he was redeemed
I love 2Pac’s music because he always told stories in his songs, bringing attention to real life every day issues in society. I do need to truthfully point out though that when 2Pac recorded so many tears, he at that point had already survived being shot up, and at that point figured it was a matter of time before he was shot again. That’s why it can appear as though he predicted his death in this song. He knew people from his past would catch up with him, and at some point there would be another attempt on his life.

I'm working on a video going over the chain of events that led to the Tuapc shooting. From rumors of a bounty on Death Row chains by Puffy, to Orlando and others attacking a Death Row affiliate at the Lakewood Mall in an attempted chain snatching, to seeing Orlando Anderson at the MGM after the Tyson fight and then to the present day. My takeaway so far is: Every man can be touched. No one is bullet proof and the reasons can be really simple to the point that it's difficult to accept.
Its a shame, 2pac would have been one of my generations greatest leaders. He was bigger than rap
