@@LauraH-z9e yeah it's been heartbreaking. The way the system is set up actually does great harm to animals. We're looking at ways to possibly get the state legislature to pass more humane treatment in cases like this

I get it she has to follow the rules but if the case was dismissed you'd have to give us the whole situation to know what's going on but the worker may be alright if you have two cases pending a civil forfeiture and the criminal side are different I can get that the ladies following the rules but now with that being said the lady could be opening herself up to a lawsuit if she fails to follow the court order Janet Jackson we just missed all the all the charges at once and they screwed up the paperwork somehow the I've seen stuff like that happen but there again it's her ultimate decision they have that pestering qualified immunity thing they can claim

Get a judge to sign a court order upon demand. They HAVE to turn over your dog immediately. If they refuse, call the judge and see who goes to jail.
Unlawfully seized service dog is a miscarriage of justice.
The case was dismissed, so give her the dog or dogs back.
