I did one on Memorial Day unwrapped in the pellet smoker. Had similar bark but I can guarantee that you had better smoke flavor off that stick burner. Looked great, nice video!

@@BakersBBQ I agree with the much better product with an unwrapped butt. Gives a nice bark which is great when mixed in with the rest of the pork. I've been trimming off most of the fat cap lately to give better usable bark for that reason. I find the fat cap becomes the stuff I throw away which some of that beautiful bark sits on. Pork butts have enough marbling where they don't really need the fat cap. Been liking the results.
