Why do some employment attorneys decline to represent employees who are new at their jobs?

Same actor defense: just because they hired a person in a protected class, doesn’t mean they ever intended to provide equal employment opportunity.
They often intend to establish an appearance of diversity and never provide equal employment opportunities.

..but i gotta iron out how to ask it properly it is kinda multi step question kinda Lol its def a loaded question, to explain it as easily as i can.... will ask in next few days probably. Its about settlements and payment and x employers insurance ( for those matters)and if ur x employer, has to carry insurance to pay for situations ( ada discrimination,sexual harrasment etc)like this or not..(NOT QUITE THE full ? I need to ask yet( ( Its, partially to do with that but, more depth 2 the question i will ask u in future) thanks vince,sorry im a 🔥 mess scatter brain, that i wanted to put part of the ? out there so next time I'm on you tube ill rem to ask the full ? Hey, update. They want to have a meeting. It was to be today but they postponed. Then called me and it’s tomorrow at the new / other location. I’m so scared and nervous I am going to be ambushed. I’m worried.

It was very disappointing that a case as strong as mine, no lawyer would take it. It's not enough money I guess!
Implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing (in employment) is recognized in some states. It benefits the aggrieved employee and gives a plaintiff's attorney more latitude.
I filled a complaint Prose with the FMCSA STAA for protected Activity, and it's been tough. OSHA is investigating and they don't seem to be reading the same Statute I am. I wish I could find an attorney, but they stop at the money question. It doesn't seem to be about right or wrong. More about how much.
