1. My fathers employment contract is in Hindi - do we need to convert that in English ?
2. My sponsor’s is bearing all the expense of trip then also how much minimum balance we need in bank account
3. My sponsors Residency permit is expiring in april 24 and he has already applied for renewal but it is under process - so should we wait for that renewal to get completed or we can apply now also ?? ( note we are visiting Netherlands in June 24)

Unfortunately this is not allowed. Agar aap unke documents ko right sequence main arrange kar doge and if they can explain well in Hindi they should be fine👍A cover letter to clearly explain the purpose of visit always helps👍 I believe they will be fine with this approach but
in case you think it will be tough for them to handle documents & explain certain things than we will suggest you to book premium lounge access as they will get personalised service. The cost for this option will be INR 3155.

But I have one question : I have work permit from my company in Austria and my wife would like to travel for 30 days and would be staying with me.
1. Shall we apply for tourist visa or visitor visa.
2. If we go with tourist visa then is it mandatory to show itinerary for different countries for those 30 days because mainly we will be travelling on weekends which is also not planned as such, depends on my work.
3. If we go with visitor visa, is it mandatory to provide her sponsorship and get the electronic declaration of commitment(EVE) for myself in Vienna. She is also working in an MNC in India.

Since my friend is not going to pay for pay expenses, or accompany me. He's just offering a place to stay.
Since all the other resources I'm checking on the internet don't mention anything about getting letter from the local authority. Just an invitation letter (in this case with my friends ID and resident permit) signed by my friend would suffice.

We had close to 15K in bank statement and they didn't asked any other financial documents from my parents. For anyone visiting schengen area through own documents need to show proof of sufficient financial means. For ex, a traveller visiting Belgium will need to possess atleast 95 💶 per day if staying in a hotel and this can be calculated based on the number of days plan is to stay in the destination country. You have two options: First you ask your cousin to send you invitation letter for 10 days which you can submit along with your hotel booking for 20 days. Second option will be to book cancel label hotel tickets for 10 days and submit it along with your hotel booking for 20 days. 1. Financial sufficiency proof which shows that one can cover expenses for the stay...so bank statement is one such document

I will be thankful if I get some insight regarding Shengen visa. I would like to go to Germany at least for 60 days in July 2023 to see one my friend who recently moved there for higher education.
Points to be noted:
1) I have no international travel hostory.
2) I am freelancer with one year of ITR.
3) I have a trade license with no GST number.
4) I have sufficient fund in my savings account however I don't have any current account.
My doubts are
1) should I Go for Travel visa or friend and family visa( if any)
2) Should I ask for sponsorship letter from my friend or from any of her friend who is german citizen.
3) is one year ITR enough?
4) Does Trade license work as a business proof ?
5) Do they allow first time travelers to stay more than 60 days.

Having a confirmed air ticket is recommended but not mandatory as everybody understands that one may not wish to spend lots of money on tickets before one knows if one can travel or no. You have two options in this case:
1. Either book confirmed air tickets(Refundable)
2. Have flight itinerary with you by paying a small fee(not the confirmed ticket)

Please ask him to fill sponsorship form (ind.nl/en/Forms/1310.pdf) and get it stamped/approved from his muncipality as you will need to submit this form along with financial sufficiency proof(His Salary Slips, Bank Statement etc) of your boyfriend. I with my wife, both are working in Belgium in good job. Now, I want to invite mother, My mother don't have job nor father have job,, at present in her bank account she don't have bank balance in het account but I will send more than required amount, means after sending money her account she will have enough balance, Question will she eligible to get visa because no mothly transaction there just one or 2 times credit send by me. You can take either confirmed air ticket or take reserved itinerary by paying a small fee. In case you go for confirmed air ticket we will suggest you to take free cancellation option. Officially no one says having additional valid visa will give you advantage...however I will suggest if you have all the documents mentioned in the video, You will have >~99% chance of getting the visa approved. We r planning fr first 2 N in paris & then 6 N in Switzerland. Entry of port will be Paris. Shud we apply schengen visa Switzerland or paris?
Recommendation is to apply either from the country where you are planning to spend majority of your time or from the country you will be entering first.
