Dear Anoma, Thanks for all the excellent recipes you publish. You are the best. I am a 70 year old man living in Brisbane, Australia. I still learn from you. Because I left Sri Lanka in 1977, I had no idea how to cook Sri Lankan food. By the way, I made a slight modification to this stew and I would like to share it with you. Instead of Rosemary, Oregano, and Celery, I flavour the stew with Cardamom, Cinnamon, and Cloves and Instead of Worster Sauce I use Vinegar. It comes good also.

මේ ප්‍රසන්ටේශන් එකේ අමුතු ගතියක් තියනව. කෑම හදන අතර තුර එදිනෙදා කටයුතු කර ගෙන හදන හොද්දත් මැනේජ්කරගන්න විදිය ගැන හොඳ කළමනාකරණ මැසේජ් එකකුත් දෙනව. කෑම ඉවිල්ල සහ සෙසුකටයුතු එකිනෙකට බාධාවක් නොවී ගානට සින්ක්‍රොනයිස් වෙනව. දවසේ වැඩ කරද්දි ඇතිවන විඩාව සමග ඔක්කොම එපාවෙන හැඟීම ගෘහණිය තුලින් ඉවත්කරල සතුටින් සියලු කටයුතු විධිමත්ව කරගන්න ආකාරය ගැන හොඳ ඉඟියක් ලබා දෙනව. හැමෝම බීෆ් නොකෑවත් මෙය බලන්නම වටිනව. අනෝමා මහත්මියගේ දක්ෂතාවය අපූරුයි.
