Hi Emanuel. Great Video. For fuel planing purposes I use fuel bias minus 12-15 in Simbrief. That equals much more to the aircraft fuel consumption figures
Hi Emanuel. I don’t know if you know but A380 and A350 Support preselect Qnh to arrival. Simply turn the knob when in STD and the QNH numbers will appear in the display and you can adjust it no influence on altimeter. Just similar like in Boeing Airplanes. Great feature and great FBW provides it. Keep on doing such valuable content. All the best Andreas
Is there a RJ100 professional tutorial coming from you any time soon? I heard you mention some series in the Swiss rj100 video. I really would like a in depth multiple video tutorial like the a380. Thank you so much you are the best tutorial TH-camr for flight sim!!!
Wow so long flights ... my newest flight plan goes from Seattle to Vancouver Intl with 151 miles distance. Too short for a nice sleep in the warm stream of the aircondition while the autopilot is flying and too long to not open a can of Monster Energy and grab a fine piece of vanilla cake. Why don´t these awesome FlyByWire guys don´t have a forum? I have a few nice ideas for this A380 (one is ChartFox and offline Jeppesen charts available like in the X-Plane AviTab, and a few other things) and found a bug in the cockpit I wanted them to notify. :) Oh wow and this Dubai airport is the most stylish building I have ever seen! We short route flyers never get to such exotic places to admire airports like these.....
hello Emanuel. I’m curious why the OPT FL is only 350 at 500,000 kg, but at 496,000 kg, the OPT FL can go up to 370. Additionally, the A380’s MTOW is 575,000 kg, but SimBrief’s maximum is only 515,000 kg, which leaves almost no payload on long-haul flights.
Hi Emmanuel, What layout do you use in Simbrief for the OFP Briefings? I find yours very easy to get most of the information on page 1, I have mine set to LIDO.
@@hash2all Interesting observation. This may be related (or maybe not) but i remember departing Tokyo Haneda for KSEA and being quite surprised by the assigned route (SID, i guess) that seemed to route us over quite a lot of Japan before finally heading East and out to sea. Obviously we were climbing the whole time, so i figured it was probably some weird combo of SID, noise abatement, and insertion time into the transpacific routes. Anyway, i’m curious too so I hope someone can explain it here…
You can check out Half as Interesting’s video on China airspace. If I remember correctly it’s related to military restrictions as all of China’s airspace is controlled by the military.
Hi Emmanuel, would be nice if you could start putting the used scenery addons into the video description 🙂
Yesss✅😉
Yes please 😁
For this it was iniBuilds' OMDB and Drzewiecki Design's RJAA
Wouldn't mind seeing a list of add-ons used.
Great video! btw how are u able to do all these videos while you're airline pilot? Great effort 💯
A long haul pilot usually has on yearly average about 3 day of the week were they don't fly. Then simply prerecord stuff and there you go.
Yep, pretty much exactly that.
@@Quotenwagnerianer thanks for the clarification.
@@A330Driver Thank you for all your effort for bringing us the best informative videos in flightsim community. U rock 💯
Now this is route i can get behind! Too many trips in/out of OMDB…
Plus a sweet ride. WIN.
Im addicted to your channel.
Great video! It's cool to see ho you handle this great aircraft with all the tips you are giving!

Most likely used to the a330
Great video💯 You're the best🏆
Danke, Emmanuel! Es freut mich immer, wenn du etwas hochlädst.
Gerne 😊
Hey Emmanuel, do you fly real-time or will it allow time compression? 😊 Great videos!

Long haul certainly has its advantages!
FBW have a discord where you can post your suggestions.
Hi Emmanuel, I have a request.
Can you please do Dxb to LHR emirates b777

Hi Emmanuel, please review the iFly 737 max updated version 1.0, waiting for your excellent review to consider buying it 👍🏽
This whole time I thought your name is Hermano... WTF! Love your vids though
😅😂

Will the A380 be available for MSFS 2024?
Do you think the A380 is realistic?
Hello Emmanuel! Why does Shanghai's airspace needs the 90° turn southbound and then back 90° east?
Are you referring to SID? STAR? ATC vectors?
@@baomao7243 None of the above, I've seen air routes over Beijing or Shagnhai do that pattern (don't remember which city)

The default FBW version of the Emirates livery annoys my OCD-ass to the CORE. The Letters DO NOT go below the lower windows!
I have just ruined this livery for everyone else.
On the new livery they do, It's only on the old livery that the letters do not go below the windows
@@pablob.r6121 that… that pisses me off to my core…. Its like writing in the lines and then going below the line!
