    Nice video!
I know it's weird thing to say but I enjoy the wiring aspect of the old GM cars. I love it so much I redid my 442 two times in 6 yrs. Good luck!

Thank you! I know what you mean. It’s a lot easier working with 30 wires than it is with 300 wires like a newer car!

Those kick panels are a huge PITA to get out especially with the factory sealer on them,
Super important to get them sealed up good on reassembly and good idea to hose down the cowl area to confirm they do not leak. Water draining out of the wiper/ cowl area on it's way to the rocker panel will find it's way in through the kick panels if not sealed properly.
BTW, I believe the heater core{even a big block one} is serviced in the interior heater box, you don't have to remove the wheel well. The part mounted to the firewall is just a plenum.

I believe you're right about the heater core Dave. That bottom nut behind the wheel well looks like a pain in the ass but I'll see if I can get it. I was going to pull the wheel wells out to remove those fender emblems but I'll avoid that as long as I can. I'll do my best to reseal those kick panels but I'm not looking forward to messing with them again.
