it would make sense because, while the mole placement on steve is a bit off, he still sounds the same. but amber would avoid talking if it wasnt really her because of what was said in the episode ''it cant disguise voices''
@@meep8523 Yeah! And while looking through the footage, I noticed that Amber's facial expressions seem /really/ off too, she barely expresses, she's an eerily silent observer. Like Derwin is silent too but as far as I could tell his silence doesn't seem as forced and suspicious, Amber's mouth just barely moves in times when she's meant to be hissing with the CATS and the way she watches Katya when she starts her chant for Eda seems suspicious as well. Funnily enough Hunter as Luz is actually the second example of teeth being exempt from illusion magic, with the first being Eda as Raine having her fang, and I'm pretty sure that either Hunter or King, being linked to Emperor what's-his-face and The Collector respectively, would be more likely to be the mole then Raine. When you said something like a scrying potion it made me think of the tea that Terra gave to them. What if it was never an amnesia after all and Rain was changing something that was never there and it was a scrying potion all along and they never knew so that led to them never really changing the tea. The leaves that Terra put in it was a ruse all this time.
I've always thought about this honestly :< especially since Snapdragon had reviewed the 'students' work in Thems The Break, Kids, and most likely have heard of Raine's little trick. The fact that she even says she's going to watch them both closely should elude that she knows a lot more about Raine and Eda than we know. I really don't believe Raine to be inherently bad, but they can possibly be a or one of the mole :
True. Because for Thems The Breaks, they knew what it was before hand because they’ve been there three times already so they knew exactly what it was and knew what tune would help to make it better. It would be hard for them to know what to do with the drink Terra gave them.
Especially if we take into account what Salsa said with her watching them closely Terra might have known what Raine would do if it was an amnesia potion so she played in to that belief and made them think that but switched it out for the scrying potion.
i definitely agree when you said that raine was the 'spy' within the CATS. it's being foreshadowed a LOT and its hard to ignore at this point. other than that, another great video, dude!
Oh no what if Raine is actually good which is nice but they're Sigel has some sort of spell where the Emperor can see through Raine's mind/memories and what they're doing....either that or Terra knew Raine was messing with her tea and added another mind control spell
It would be epic if the collector confesses that he only helps Belos to free him and that once he is free he will get rid of him and stop the unity day and saving all the witches... but in exchange Luz must hand over King...
I was thinking of the Collector getting bored and angry that Belos doesn’t let him play or do whatever he wants. Luz will find the Collector and in exchange for saving the day of unity, Luz gives up her body so the Collector can take it over and start havoc

Something else to note: the illusions in this episode are suddenly imperfect. When we saw illusions before, they were realistic and could only be detected by another illusionist or via an object like the magnifying glass. However, in this episode, the scout illusions all had signature elements of the various kids and Eda and Hunter's distinctive teeth remained visible. Also, the numbers in the broken Tomagatchi are apparently Dana's initials and birth year, or so I've seen stated.
isn't that a way to make it obvious to the audience who's who? if a character disguises as another character or just looks nothing like themself and we're supposed to know that's them, the animators leave some clues to let us know. that's been around since that horrible body swap episode, and it's probably an old trick in the animation book
I would agree with King's cloak not disappearing is an inconsistency if it weren't for one thing. King is a titan and titan blood is the most powerful magic source on the Boiling Isles. So if just the blood was powerful, imagine the magical powers of a living titan. I think illusion cloak stayed because it had a different source of power.
Honestly, I feel like it might be King without him knowing what he’s doing. The Collector knows about King and King can hear them- though I’m not fully sure if the Collector can hear King even if King can hear the Collector. Raine or Steve would make sense though as well

I can most likely agree that Raine could be the Mole in the C.A.T.S. but even based on the information given, I think that it would be highly unlikely because I don't think the writers/Dana would want to have a fan favorite Good Guy become a villain. My Prediction is that it's Eberwolf. We know very little about them, other than they are the Beast Keeping Coven Head. Oh one thing you missed unless oracle coven members can magically pull up wanted posters from thin air then Odlail used illusion magic to pull up that wanted poster
I think the mole could be raine, never really thought about it but it makes sense. Either 1 like you said terra could be watching through their eyes or 2 maybe belos threatened to hurt Eda. Maybe I’m looking to far into this but belos threatening eda would make maybe more sense. Like if raine didn’t stay in the rebellion and collect info he would kill eda. Think about it, in follies at the coven parade raine keeps saying they want to keep eda safe. Even tho they probably know eda could be a valuable asset to the rebellion. And during the episode where they were in the batts group they barely hesitated to let eda in. And then they suddenly changed to wanting to keep eda out of it. And then in the episode where eda talks about how she met raine when at the very end they are shown a way how to stop the draining spell they don’t want to put eda in danger because maybe the emperor threatened to harm her if raine didn’t spy for him. I still agree terra could be watching through their eyes without raine knowing just to make sure they are giving all the info they know. Or maybe raine does know and then is prevented from telling the group about belos threats in fear he will find out. Or one other theory I have is that terra isn’t watching through their eyes. Another one of my thoughts is that since the collector is shown attached to reflective things maybe no is is actually looking through Raines eyes but maybe the collector is following the group through their glasses. Since glasses reflect it could make sense the collector is watching through them. Maybe I’m thinking about this to much but during hollow mind when raine was wearing the cloak their glasses stood out almost like they were being used as a reflective surface for the collector to look through. Maybe I’m just reading into this to far but this is just an idea so like don’t come at me or anything.
Adding to the "Raine being an unwitting spy" theory, it's easier to enchant an object than a person (as a person could figure out/counteract malicious spells they've been hit with, like the "tea" Plant B*tch made Raine drink being neutralised by their whistling) so it could be that Raine's glasses have been altered with a scrying spell/potion as in earlier episodes when Lilith was gifted a scrying potion from Eda to cheer her up. Heck, it could be a sort-of self-renewing spell if carried via tea vapors since Raine's only altering the drink proper, not the steam coming off it. I am definitely overthinking it though lol
Oh fuck if Taine is actually the mole for Terra that means something is gonna happen to Eda but because of the title of the episode, I think King’s gonna make a sacrifice for both Luz and Eda.
Looking back on this theory and the "knowlege" the denizens have about the "titan", I think it's safe to say that anything that happened in Bonesborough was closely watched by the Collector, depending on the carcass of the titan. Assuming all the planning within the CATTs and BATTs took place in secret there. Whereas because Eda's house was far away, it made it harder for the collector to spy on the Owl House itself.
the physical EC scout illusions reminds me of Escaping Expulsion, where Edric and Emira made illusory ‘hex me’ sticky notes that could actually be torn off and thrown back at them! so it’s not necessarily impossible for illusions to be somewhat physical constructs, but there seems to be restrictions on that, and they aren’t practical for making anything to use like a weapon or tool
For anyone curious, the first and second clues read: 1. - en to the first letter of, -ack but it’ll (take?) a long time 2. e v e r y o t h e r t i t l e And the secret messages after taking each letter from every other title bubble and reversing them are: 1. Blood In The Water 2. Unexpected Ally This was really fun!
I remember before showing Luz and Hunter switched I was so confused on how and why Luz used magic to like teleport to save willow before learning it was a illusion.
1:17 I'm rewatching the show and this scene made me cry sm. No one seems to point this out but : the first thing we can see after the kiss is the poster behind Amity. Its text (This could be you!) is only fully readable after her line "I can't believe I just did this". The show was already extremely positive for queer ppl but adding this message brought me in tears. As if I could feel the love and acceptance of these amazing ppl.
If you watch closely raine whispers into the drink terra gives him, changing the contents. After they cut off at Eda getting her mark, the next scene if you look closely Ed’s doesn’t have the sidul on her arm.
What the heck was the Alador rat lol. We might never know. He can't practice beast magic, and it would be weird to have a Palisman that looks like him.
From what I've seen on Twitter I think it was just a gag, but if it is his Palisman that means this man purposfully carved a mouse that looked like him. XD Because he went to school with Eda and back then they still got to carve their own based on Owlbert and what was said way back in Hunting Palisman.
Honestly, I'm wondering if Luz's egg idea for her palisman will even work. I don't think that any other witches have done that before for us to go off.
In 3:22 did anyone else noticed that Number 19 glitched out? It originally said "King! Can you hear me? You have to lis..." What's up with that?👀👀👀 Explain yourselves🤨
Another thing I noticed about Willow's outfit is that it's similar to an outfit she wore in one of her memories in "Understanding Willow." There, Amity explains that it might have something to do with a crush, implying that she currently might have a thing for someone (most likely Hunter.)
There is a detail that u missed When Raine does the cats battle cry Darius says "oh, titan help us" and king looks at him and whispers "I'll do my best"
I think all people with a coven mark are all of them have a Sigel and they could trap the person instantly belos knew the second a new Sigel was made and when 3 coven heads were together outside the castle
So far a few of my theories from season 1 have come true. One theory tho I didn’t think would be possible till the time travel episode and now having an egg palismon is Luz is Azura. There has been a few times Luz has said this is like this from the book. The snakes at the book finally being the basilisks been held captive. Luz or Amity wrote the book and sent the books to the past as a guide.
I like that Raine spy theory but, Scrying potions were shown on purpose early this season and could be how, AND The snapdragon at the top of the door could be how terra knows instead, and Raine put it up bc her and eda like them ig?
When the group was convincing The Collector to stop the draining spell, Willow is down on her knees next to Hunter, supposedly supporting him. She likely did that since in the video, when Hunter was disguised as Luz and Kikimora attacked them, he went to save her first before anyone else. She is likely paying him back for the shield of Kiki's attack.
I think the Tomagatchi device IS from the Human Realm, but Amity put the organ in there when she was trying to fix it because that's how technology works in the Boiling Isles and as such that's what she would assume was needed to repair it

1:34… well!
You bring up an excellent point with the snapdragons. It’s awfully suspicious. It’s never explained but somehow they knew!
Omg LOVED That last theory thank you for that
in 1:48 it's because early in the episode King brought everyone helmet disguises in CATTS
I'd definitely be down to hear your theories and that Outro Line is Mental AF. 🤘
Imagine the egg hatches into whatever it needs to be every time she uses it
Oh my god the branding glove is in the same place where in kings tide
they aren't looking through Rains eyes, THEY ARE LOOKING THROUGH THE GLASSES
1:25
…
HOW DID YOU-
congratulations you predicted one of the most emotional parts of Kings Tide
You:I think the spy is none other than Raine Whispers.
Me: (Came up with the theory a week ago.)I,M NOT THE ONLY ONE.
So I believe you'r theory
Just a few more hours till King's Tide. This is the only thing I've been thinking about all week.
Oh fuck if Taine is actually the mole for Terra that means something is gonna happen to Eda but because of the title of the episode, I think King’s gonna make a sacrifice for both Luz and Eda.
2:37 I made that joke when I was watching I didn't know they were actually kpop stars LMAO
I physically buffered when you called Hunter-Illusioned-as-Luz "Lunter"
Looking back on this theory and the "knowlege" the denizens have about the "titan", I think it's safe to say that anything that happened in Bonesborough was closely watched by the Collector, depending on the carcass of the titan. Assuming all the planning within the CATTs and BATTs took place in secret there. Whereas because Eda's house was far away, it made it harder for the collector to spy on the Owl House itself.
YES!!!! FINALLY, haven't watched it yet, will comment my thoughts after.
the physical EC scout illusions reminds me of Escaping Expulsion, where Edric and Emira made illusory ‘hex me’ sticky notes that could actually be torn off and thrown back at them!
so it’s not necessarily impossible for illusions to be somewhat physical constructs, but there seems to be restrictions on that, and they aren’t practical for making anything to use like a weapon or tool
For anyone curious, the first and second clues read:
1. - en to the first letter of, -ack but it’ll (take?) a long time
2. e v e r y o t h e r t i t l e
And the secret messages after taking each letter from every other title bubble and reversing them are:
1. Blood In The Water
2. Unexpected Ally
This was really fun!
"king can you hear me? in need you to listen" this could be his father
NOOO YOUR THEORY IS TOO GOOD THAT IT SHOULDNT BE TRUE 😭😭😭
1:03 amity is trying to fix it she dosent know wires and electricity she think it had a heart within it
Congrats on 10k my dude!!
Dang! And here I thought it was just to show his internal conflict because he didn’t want to use Ida
that last theory really scares me
I remember before showing Luz and Hunter switched I was so confused on how and why Luz used magic to like teleport to save willow before learning it was a illusion.
Wow this is so informational WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1:56 My headcanon is King's titan magic keeps the illusion up / turning the illusion into real cloak.
Am i the only one who thinks that luz's New outfit make her looks like Phillip's brother ?
What the heck was the Alador rat lol. We might never know. He can't practice beast magic, and it would be weird to have a Palisman that looks like him.
From what I've seen on Twitter I think it was just a gag, but if it is his Palisman that means this man purposfully carved a mouse that looked like him. XD Because he went to school with Eda and back then they still got to carve their own based on Owlbert and what was said way back in Hunting Palisman.
3:32 There is an imposter among us..
Honestly, I'm wondering if Luz's egg idea for her palisman will even work. I don't think that any other witches have done that before for us to go off.
Omg 3:12 something I actually didn’t notice
I don't feel safe.
In 3:22 did anyone else noticed that Number 19 glitched out? It originally said "King! Can you hear me? You have to lis..."
What's up with that?👀👀👀
Explain yourselves🤨
Another thing I noticed about Willow's outfit is that it's similar to an outfit she wore in one of her memories in "Understanding Willow." There, Amity explains that it might have something to do with a crush, implying that she currently might have a thing for someone (most likely Hunter.)
There is a detail that u missed
When Raine does the cats battle cry Darius says "oh, titan help us" and king looks at him and whispers "I'll do my best"
I think all people with a coven mark are all of them have a Sigel and they could trap the person instantly belos knew the second a new Sigel was made and when 3 coven heads were together outside the castle
“Raine might be a spy.”
Me: “Pfft- no their not.”
*Explains whole theory*
Me: “…shit”
So far a few of my theories from season 1 have come true. One theory tho I didn’t think would be possible till the time travel episode and now having an egg palismon is Luz is Azura. There has been a few times Luz has said this is like this from the book. The snakes at the book finally being the basilisks been held captive. Luz or Amity wrote the book and sent the books to the past as a guide.
Or Azura is Lumity Future daughter
We didn see her ears ,Maybe she have human ears
Or Azura was from Amity family tree
YES LIKE OMG I HAD THE SAME THEORY!!!
Another great vid as always
I mean considering snapdragons CAN represent deception, Raine being the mole could be possible
0:45 that is a water drop
"this mean even if she gets a sigel it's possible it'll get resolved by removing her arm" well that didn't age well
I like that Raine spy theory
but, Scrying potions were shown on purpose early this season and could be how, AND The snapdragon at the top of the door could be how terra knows instead, and Raine put it up bc her and eda like them ig?
When the group was convincing The Collector to stop the draining spell, Willow is down on her knees next to Hunter, supposedly supporting him. She likely did that since in the video, when Hunter was disguised as Luz and Kikimora attacked them, he went to save her first before anyone else. She is likely paying him back for the shield of Kiki's attack.
The fact that belos breaks talisman like eggs
The fact that belos was cracked like an egg
Addition: Hunter doesn't have the burnt hair anymore
I think the scrying potion is similar to the all seeing eye spell (spying leads to crying)
1:30...did you just predicted the King's Tide?
Yes and perfectly too
"tomato rage" 😆
To me when Kikimora took Luz reminded me of the first Lilo & Stitch when Lilo got taken by Gantu. Anyone one else?
The tomato rage was perfect
U PREDICTED SOME THINGS HOLYY
