  • Gel printing with gold leaves and metallic pigments/pounders is fun and can give you very unique prints for collaging. Her is a collage made with these papers. The collage is 20x20 cm.

Really liked your triangle stitches on the egg.

I first didn't like your collage with the pebbles going vertically, but when you added this dark stripe on the left, I was getting friendly with it. And then you turned it - so clever of you. It's just amazing! And the stitching adds so wonderfully to the whole estetics of the piece! LOVE IT!!

Even with organic shapes the collage still clearly has your wonderful aesthetics and signature look!🍀💖

Beautiful work. The hand stitching is a perfect accent to the piece.

Lovely as always…I like when an abstract reminds me of a nature story. Brought me to the beach when the sea turtle eggs are being laid and then hatched 🐢

Really nice piece, and how much fun to find a new way with your papers. Your composition is always delightful and the stitching is utterly charming.

I'm wondering what size of thread you are using
    Thank you for your lesson.

You’re welcome. The thinnest thread is Nm 34/2 and the other one is a little thicker. Merc. Cotton. Both threads are ment for waving but they are super to embroider with.

Lisbeth I don't have any way to buy thread like yours , can I use crochet thread , it's multi coloured thread do you think that will work , I have some that is black tan and gray on one skein , I think it will look nice , do you ? Your friend Linda Bailey of Corpus Christi Texas , USA .

It depends on how thick the thread is, mine is quite thin. It also depends on what YOU like. I think you can buy DMC floss embroidery thread every where.
Two strands is about the same thickness as the thread I use. It’s hard to tell if something would look nice just by words. But again it’s up to what you like and go with that.
