Had my windows opened to try to get some airflow ventilation with floor fans, then took my nightly shower. When I came out, the outside wind direction had changed and started blowing right in my bedroom window, and the temp had dropped. I'm gonna sleep like a rock tonight! ⛈😴🛏

I’m an early riser because of my work schedule. On the weekends me sleeping in is around 6:00 am. I listened to this last night and didn’t wake up until 9:30 am. Felt great!❤

Not functioning at 100% yet, but it's definitely worked the best so far. Not sure what your situation is, but maybe you might find that worth looking into? Just a thought! I don't know you, but I don't like hearing about anybody suffering 😢❤ At least, like you said, we have some of the most amazing beaches to find some peace! And yes, that's a little Holland lop bunny! I took him in for a while with the intent of adopting him, but it was too soon after the loss of my bunny Fae. Thankfully I was able to find him an amazing home. Turns out my heart needs more time to heal 🥲
