I've never used a Hasselblad myself, but my understanding is that they're not particularly video-centric. Fujifilm makes the GFX 100 Mkii, which did ship with an impressive suite of video features! However medium format is large, heavy, and consumes battery like crazy, which would make it challenging for me at my current fitness and skill level to do treks like this.
