I'm working in TCS, and people over here prefer more Job Security than Salary. 60% of TCS employees are above 35 and their goal is to retire from TCS itself. The people who work at @TCS have some other goals in their life. I have one friend, who joined TCS just because he can focus on his business in his hometown. Yes, that's right. There is less work pressure compared to other companies hence, you can even focus on other passive incomes like small businesses or even share markets.
Very bad pay master In 2023 they are not giving annual raise PPL who have joined last year .They are not paying after 1 year but 2 years .In such high inflation .Shame 👎👎
No growth in TCS working in TCS . No increment no promotion etc. Only working like donkey, we have rmg system in TCS but when we ask for change after certain time period than manager are not ready to release making fool. Just work or you can put resignation no other option if they are many benefits offered by tcs than why attrition is very high?
Partially agree with you Pratik, these aspects need to change, some managers/RMG won't listen to the request by the associates for project release. And due to this some good projects get incompetent associates and support or boring projects get good and competent employees
I had went for offline onboarding but due to some insufficient documents my onboarding was kept hold and paused and the HR asked to submit the documents and I had submitted the required documents to HR on 13-12-2022 Im not getting clear response from BGC team weather they are accepted or not what would u suggest please help me in this situation

@@AiredTech For unit elective in wings1, we have to get approval for external certificates like Google ace certificate, azure, etc ... Approval is given by specific unit TD ... So I'm from other1- parent IOU from Hyderabad... But I'm unable to find my TD for my base unit
