I'm here because i work in a restaurant and the general manager want to reduce the time we use to clean. We clean an entire restaurant after closing, including the kitchen and prepping of ingredients for the next day, bathroom, washing floors, etc, in less than an hour. 3 persons. The cleaning of the kitchen itself where we cook should take less then 15 minutes and that includes the stoves, pans, surfaces for food prepping, sink, shelves, etc. all because the general manager wants to go home earlier and because the owners are more concerned with savings than in the actual cleaning.
As a Pest Management professional, I can honestly tell you that at 75% of retail restaurants DO NOT & WON’T go through these cleaning & sanitizing protocols

Wow nice cleaning.. this looks common but it's different. This video has more explanation of how and why a bacteria need to remove and it's step by step. So using this very clean way of Sanitizing needs some warm or hot water too.. yes sorting the equipments because it's so many and it will be easy to find Even the tools are just few it still need to be sorted because you can lost it. The two ways of sanitizer application uses heat then 180degree farenheit that's quite awesome and I hadn't done that type of cleaning huh.... I only clean like the common cleaning in home. XD That cleaning tho---- I guess that's the way how Restaurants clean
I have noticed that there was no proper PPE when cleaning and sanitising such as protective eye wear or gloves? what if some chemicals would splash on your face :(
chlorine: What means 50 to 100 parts per million? For instance how much chlorine should I put in a liter of water? 500ml? and how long should I leave the object immersed in the solution?
