i think that when americans hear anyone speaking english with any sort of an accent they automatically label it as a "british accent" which is ludicrous obviously since britain has such a diverse range of accents. i happen to think he sounds more much american here than anything else, ignoring the slight german accent. he pronounced hard r's like americans do and says short a's rather than long a's.
I agree. He sounded German to me following the American accent like most non English speaking countries do. Even the Irish follow American accents more than the English ones as well

His accent kinda switches between Brit English and American English, I guess like most Germans - but here it doesn't sound German at all - only half Brit half US which is weird! XD Germans will say like for the word apply: "epple" which is kinda cute. Brits say: "apple" which a short clear "a" sound, Americans say it like: "eeeeeeple" with an elongated "e" sound. So Germans with the cute short e is very cute.
I think Americans only say it like that when they're from the north or have nasal congestion. We just say a-pull while the Brits say ahh-pulle but we both do the qucik nasal-y "A", although some Brits turn it into an "Aw" sound.
LOL are you kidding me? I'm from Europe, and heck that's not an English accent. You can clearly hear a German accent, and it's far closer to American rather than English. You guys need a language course or something, really...
"You're going to have to run."
