PERFECT LIST I WOULD ADD A FEW OUT SIDE TOOLS LAWNMOWER MAYBE A SMALL CHAINSAW STRING TRIMER OR JUST GARDEN OVER ALL TOOLS .
I've owned a home for years but didn't know about laser distance measuring, that looks absolutely awesome for measuring interior dimensions where using a tape measure is annoying.

I would include a circular saw as a must have and a reciprocating saw as a bonus.
i use a recip saw more than a circular saw
@@minnesotaman3 I was just working on a project where I had 2 circular saws out. And I ended up using my recip saw too. Which saved the day

Well very disappointed you did not pick a very important tool ? Like a water key tool to turn off the water when you things go wrong . Like that you picked the ladder . And what about a hose for when you’re house might catch on fire ?

@@Protoolreviews my neighbor did not have a hose when his house caught fire. But I had a 100 ft hose and it helped a lot saved his house gave us time till the fire department showed up .
Hose? What about a simple fire extinguisher? The ladder was a good add, the laser was nonsense. A water key or a laser level over a fire extinguisher seems a bit insane, but hey, do you, future homeowner’s insurance beneficiary.
@@notanurse2373 guess your the person that does not have a water hose . When I saw a house on fir the first thing I did was knock on the owners house then went to a neighbors house took his water hose and went to work on the fire . Called for help by the time the fire department showed up it was well under control . Yup a very simple thing called a water hose .
