Hey i got a question bc i am dealing with tinnitus for 3 years now. A radio noise in my head and a flute sound in my both ears but this friday i experienced something weird… Everytime when i talk or someone is talking i hear a very shrill sound in my head nearby the temporalis but when its quiet its gone, it only happend if i hear a sound. Do you know by any chance what this is? Appreciate a response🥹🙏 merry christmass :)
@@MartyMenning Hi Marty, Thank you for sharing your experience-it sounds frustrating and confusing, but I want to reassure you that you’re not alone in this. The shrill sound you hear when someone is talking or there’s noise could potentially be linked to things like earwax buildup, Eustachian tube dysfunction, or even allergies, all of which can affect how sound is processed. It might be worth consulting with an ENT specialist to rule out these possibilities. That said, it’s also important to remember that tinnitus is often more about your brain’s reaction to the sound than the sound itself. While it feels intense now, working on reducing your brain’s focus on it and managing your emotional response can make a huge difference over time. We’d love to have you join MyTinnitusClub, where we address these kinds of challenges with practical tools, coaching, and a supportive community.
