i love watching you cook! a tip though: don't add oil to your water to boil your pasta, and don't rinse it afterward! the oil will just prevent the sauce from sticking properly, and rinsing it can make it rubbery. The texture will be much better without rinsing :)

16:18 我猜是Tefal 法国 不是很确定 我也有一个它家的平底锅 中间红色圆圈里只有一个T 这里却有三个T 可能是不同系列的吧 吹爆Tefal平底锅 就是不粘 怎么都不粘 国内家里用的苏泊尔不粘锅都不如Tefal 除了法国的以外德国制造的也非常棒

If it’s not too much to ask, I hope you put english subs to your videos. It’s kind of frustrating not being able to understand what you’re trying to say. I’m pretty sure you have a lot of subscribers from different countries & we all express the same sentiments. Everybody cooks "bolognese" on its own way, i prefer without sugar, with carrots - like onions, instead of basil, maggiorana and cook it for at least 2 hours. After that i do pasta. Sometimes l add pancetta 😆
