Geez Tom, that is an incredible get - I have NEVER seen freight on the Doomben line! The two engines leading back means that the consist must have gone around the loop at Pinkenbah - so cool! Is this a one off you think or the start of more regular use of this line for freight movements? Thanks Tom - fantastic content!!

Great video Tom. I assume PN008 and 8314 attached to the back of the empty container wagons somewhere near Eagle Junction and pulled the train along the branch and around the Pinkenba loop. They would detach once the train was clear of the branch and PN013 would take the train north. I wonder where the 2 light engines would wait for their next train?

Great Catch, Didn't quite see Locomotive number at the Station you were at, Was that a PN, NR and then latter a PN x 2 Loco and 83?? And what was Trailing at the Back, Another 83 or Something ??, I Have no idea, Probably tired, Are you Growing Webbed Feet After all the Storms i heard about here when in Los Angeles, Saw a News Clip of a Concrete Stanchion Overland Power Line Snapped in Two and Steel Overland Power Lines absolutely Smashed, Some curled around themselves, That was Definitely a Tornado near Beaudesert and Probably the One that hit Helensvale, Information Kindly supplied by a Friend of mine who was out on the Job with Energex and Captured It on Film near Beaudesert before going over the Hinterland area onto the Mt. Tambourine and Helensvale Side.
Flew into Brisbane just before i would have Called It, Meaning Not Safe To Land, Proceed to Alternate or Take a Higher Altitude and Circle For A Time On Fuel (Normal Supply) Left and if things not improving using Fuel and also Switching to + Fuel Reserve and Head to our Alternate which would have been Mackay as it can Handle an An A380 or Just Make The Decision On The Spot, Weather Radar Was Showing Ten Miles away on our Nose Direction Wise, The ATC Boys and Girls Lull in Activity Wise meaning Cross Winds and Water on Runway and so on and We Put Down after a Flight from Los Angeles i think Passenger would have been Very Happy, When we reached the Gates It Came Down like a Cyclone with a Tornado in it or at Least that is what showed up on our Radar even though now Safely Parked, A Black Dot on Our Radar Means Tornadic Activity and Tightly Packed, Still looking forward to our flight as i am certain few passengers were holding on tight to the Arm Rests but to us Pilots this Bread and Butter Stuff.
Is Lachlan an addition to our list of Flyboys and and any others !!, I might and say might be able to Bag us a C17 Globemaster so when Ramp is Lowered Horiziotal to the Aircraft Every One Puts On A Safety Harness Doubled Up with Titantium etc and Double Hooked to Fuselage Mounted Cable so you can venture towards Down Ramp and maybe a bit Further and get some Great Train Picture Inland with a Three Hour Stop Over in Charlieville (Know Coronis) at all, Anyway got to go, My Wife is waiting to go Shopping or i'm Dead Man Walking and again Great Work with this Video !!.
    Regards
    John

No offence intended. But on this video & future videos, could we have some location captions included? Incidentally, where were these shoots taken? Where was Train loaded at? And where was the train headed for? Thanks for sharing.

@@thomasdever Hi. Thanks for your response to my previous message. Yes. I was interested in your Rail video. Where was the train been loaded? Or the location of the Level Crossing where the train momentarily Stopped? Like to visit that location myself. I'm a retired NSW Train Crew member. Retired 2009. Thanks again.
