So.. it was all because of seeing the Beatles- that you found the instrument, and have come to this point. But it was in 2024, not 1964- like so many of us did. That was the doorway in that led us deeper too. It shouldn't be surprising, but I'm surprised and impressed to see this- and- that it still worked for you, 50 years later.

So cool. I too love older music and thats what got me to pick up guitar. I started with blues greats like Albert, Bb, Freddie King, Muddy Waters etc. Obviously loved the beatles and stones too along with all 60s music. Then discovered more jazz greats. I listen to so much music and have many influences but i wish i would have picked up guitar younger age like you. Wish i could play like you! I mainly play slide guitar ala delta blues style on my dobro
