This must have been before 2017. We did not see such bad roads on the Leh-Khardungla stretch. Best time to go is after the tourists leave--september, october. Colder and start of snow but more beautiful IMO.

Guys. I have been to Leh Laddhak and also Khardungla pass. Its an experience in itself. However don't take kids. Its not safe and kids have a tough time dealing with the weather.

I got bored very quickly. Always the same shootings of mountains and nothing about life of people. For me, I am french, if I cannot have approach with populations, see how people live and work there is no interest

Excellent !! your videos are always very professional and full of information. We are also planning to visit Leah and your videos I found very helpful for the planning. I have a diesel sedan car (165 mm ground clearance) will such cars run on passes at leh like khardungla.

Glad to know that you find our videos useful. We have seen a couple of Sedan's moving at Khardung La top. It shouldn't be a problem. But keep in mind that road conditions keep changing. So it's better to take a powerful car with good clearance. Hope that helps. Enjoy your trip to Ladakh.
