I got to notice that now there is a chance for something special to happen - I don't know if it's the number of people you passed, of if you passed the same person more than once, but there is a chance to earn multiple pieces from one mii on one panel. I had to restart my Streetpass when getting my New 3DS, soI found out when completing my Super Mario Galaxy 2 Panel and obtained 7 pieces.
So how does the Queue work and how can you store 100 Mii? I have VIP but there isn't much explanation. I have six Miis in my plaza now and six more waiting to get in. I don't want to lose them. And I don't want to go beyond the max of 10 who are waiting.
VIP is when you want to store your favourite miis so they will stay in your plaza forever even when you reached over 100 miis( maximum) otherwise they get pushed out with new streetpass miis coming in. You can only take in 10 mii streetpasses at a time but you can have effectively have 20 miis if you welcome 10 miis then get 10 more waiting at the gate, but you'll need to finish with the first 10 in order to welcome the others.

Question, do you know how many blocks of memory this took up in total? I'm guessing each game has like 100 blocks and the update itself was like 750, is that right?
V.I.P. update for like 4.99$, this allow you to save miis birthdays, a V.I.P. room for Mii and you can handle 100 mii instead of 10, recommended if you use frequently streetpass
