I think I would use the studio as a separate “studio apt” for a young relative adult with a car that would like to have her own place while still living at own. That way she can entertain private guests without disrespecting the main household.
This house is perfect. it is exactly what my family needs and that studio apartment can definitely be used as a renting place. I live so close to this place already and moving in would be easy. I want it so bad.

Probably my favourite house I’ve seen in terms of use of space. Looks like it’s big enough to have enough space without being so huge that the family would be too spread out. I also really like downstairs floor plan.
Either that garage I would make it into a lavish bedroom with a whole bath shower walk-in closet and then the upstairs will be more like a kitchen lounge area
This was a very beautiful property loved the floor plan.😊👍🏽 It had a real nice family vibe about as well.😊 I don’t think it will be on the market much longer!

I love the office space. I could work, write, craft, and store all my stuff in there. It just needs some pocket doors or a barn door. The living area and kitchen with its big cabinets are all that along with that little wine bar. The master closet was a little disappointing. I wish the hardwood floors were darker. Love the patio.

I’d rent the studio apt as just that. More than likely to a medical fellow that will need it fr about 1-3 years before moving on. Won’t have to worry about them messing it up (more so than not, they will hardly be there) and I won’t have to be concerned if he/she can’t pay their rent as most fellow programs take care of their living expenses. Love the home.👍🏾
Beautiful home. I did not like the panel ceiling in master bedroom or the stools in kitchen, other than that it was great🥰. I would love to buy a home completely furnished. It would help out alot😏💕
Everything about this beautiful home was not left out in the design! The studio would be my humble abode when visiting family if I could kick the teenager out :-)!

I would close in the walkway between the single car garage and the main house. Put a door to the outside there and make the room upstairs all part of the main house. If there is no basement that room up there would be my Man Cave.
This is another beauty Janice! I would probably want to use the studio apt partly as an Air b n b depending on the laws in Atlanta but mainly for visitors. I've had my share of dealing with full time tenants here in newyork..lol. 😂

Studio apartment attached to house. haha, I'm from Brampton Ontario Canada. Suburb of Toronto. Toronto builders need to take notes here to add a studio apartment to house. Very Original. !
Great use of space, I liked the layout in the kitchen and guest bedroom, lots of space without being overbearing. I really fell in love with that clear storage cabinet close to the entrance. Rooms were nice sized, no big wow factors in the owners suite, I did like the 3 window frames above the bed, I liked the two separate sinks and the closet was moderate. The selling point of this home was the separate apartment, an inlaw heaven or for families with that one grown child that won't leave. Too many possibilities with that area. Loved the open space of the backyard, lovely home.
