Ami jakhonoi kono cake sponge ba pound cake banai takhon only nicher rod on kore kori but baki sob kichu jemon cupcakes, pizza, bread etc. Upore niche duto rod on kore kori. But different oven may have different temperature setting. Tai apnar oven a jodi duto rod on kore cake bake korle kono problem na hoi.... Tahole apni duto rod on koreo bake korte paren.

Supb.,mam mara cake OTG may niklti hu us time sticky hota hai, mara Bajaj ka OTG hai may use tost pay 200 digree pay 10 minit prehit karti to sticky hone ka kiya reason hoga please reply karna

According to my otg, When I make the cake sponge/ pound cake I always preheat the oven on bake mode at 180°C not on toast mode & also bake on same temperature & same function. That means keeping only the lower rod on. But different oven may have different temperature setting. So you have to understand your oven.
