The reason it has never been officially documented as to who shot first is the front door, although confiscated as evidence mysteriously disappeared and has never been found. There were several people who did see the door and stated it was riddled with holes made by incoming rounds. Unusual that chain of evidence records do not exist for a crime scene under federal jurisdiction. Perhaps the door was loaded into the U-Haul truck that witnesses said was also present at the Davidian compound ruins before the smoke had cleared. Funny how the media was not permitted anywhere near and was in fact moved further back just prior to the fire being ignited, yet a U-Haul is at the front lines.
There were woman and children in that compound and they were citizens of the United States. They were murdered by their government.

they wouldn't have needed to "apprehend" him, no force would have been necessary. Koresh was a licensed firearms dealer, specifically licensed to do so -- which as a matter of routine requires frequent (and friendly) interaction with law enforcement or inspections. The Koresh's sold weapons at legal markets. From all accounts he was relatively cordial with local law enforcement, and the sheriff offered to the ATF to approach Koresh and bring him for interview - in fact he would have done so merely being asked to do so.
Instead the ATF who was losing their funding and gravitas at the time decided to swing their demon dicks around, then came upon the BD compound with full intent to kill and with premeditated sadism.

What some don't realize is the ATF at the time before any of this. Was gonna be shutdown , but they needed this incident to happen in order to keep there jobs. If you visit during the memorial each april. The negociators from the atf and FBI are usually out there. They'll tell ya that the ATF and FBI weren't on the same page. The FBI had the davidians coming out peacefully, but the ATF wouldn't allow it. They wanted an incident to save there jobs. I look back on this, and thank god that eventually justice will be served. Meaning that the agents that lost there lives out there aren't in heaven. But rather burning in hell, the government has no power over the afterlife. They might enjoy the rest of there days on earth. But hell is waiting for them for eternity. No being reunited with there families , for the agents don't deserve it. Even Walter Smith the judge threw out the jurys not guilty verdict and gave all the davidians years in prison. He was the same judge during the 90's lawsuit. Were the davidians were suing for $675 million. All we can do is just pray the Agents responsible never make it into the gates of heaven. But instead the gates of hell. Because again the government has no power in the afterlife. Justice finally served for the wicked! Ash, sulfer and brimstone will fill the air were there going. They can't do a damn thing about it!

"I need my guns to protect myself from the government." Said the people at the Waco compound right before tanks, helicopters and heavily armed cops show up and throw incendiary bombs through the windows.... If we had a Waco incident again, it would end within a few seconds as soon as a drone fired some missiles at the house.

@@havenbanks5778 What he's saying is that you're friggin deluded if you think you can stage a revolt against the government. The US also put down one such uprising in the south, and it'll do it again. But I there are many ways of working with the government in order to improve your life without resorting to cowboy fantasy gun violence. but keep your dreams.
Plus, it's just silly to think the 'government is coming for your guns' ... the government wants you to prove that you are capable of using a gun safely. If you can lose your right to vote because you are a criminal, you can lose your right to own a gun if you can't prove that you're capable enough to do so.
