The D6 with the angle blade is a perfect mountain dozer, one piece I would recommend is a smaller excavator like a Cat 318 with a blade and a long dipper with a thumb attachment. That way you can go through and clean up all the trees and vegetation in the path of your road you’re going to build! The less vegetation you let in the fill the longer the road will last! @@hjorleifuringason2778 d6M is a finish dozer, d6R is the work horse. d6R blade is made for pushing, d6m blade is not as robust. d6R has a four way blade, d6M has a six way blade. Have been operating both for years. My main machine I operate is the d9 though. The purr of a dozer can make me sleepy, then off to the truck for a nap... lol
Yes, many unnecessary risks too! Shame so many trees were going, just to even out small areas. Their roots were the only thing holding the sand in place. Nice drone footage, very stable indeed. Wonder if it was the dji Air 3? Thanks for the film, amazing.

At 16:50 on the hillside directly above the yellow cab, it looks like a baby monkey did not survive the recent Forrest or Jungle fire. Am I just imagining things or are monkeys common to the area?
The operator is doing just fine. Notice he is not over spinning his tracks or trying to turn dirt by one track. The forward and backwards going with two track push is faster and saves equipment failure. Besides pushing three times the material. To work that dozer harder is abuse. If i caught you spinning tracks or turning dirt with frictions and not corner bit. I would fire you no warning. Inexsperanced and don't need to be on that job.
An already expensive dozer, with added cost to get it to remote location ...sure you can say (they could have used an excavator, etc), but you could also say.... Wish in one hand, Crap in the other, see which one fills up first😮

I don't want to yell you your job. Your tracks need to be oiled. There is a rubber seal in each pin. You can inject gear oil. Yours sound bad. May need to take a drill and small bit. Between pin and seal run in bit and it will go around the rubber seal but work it out also. Than clean with solvent replace seal and oil after. To much pressure if you put oil in first. It will save you alot of track money.
seems the driver is not very experienced, much diesel for littel work. drives too far forward and backyard without pushing anything. couldn´t work for me
All travel on the fresh fill equals vibration equals (very little compaction, but every bit is important), also it gives the operator the best visual assessment. I wouldn't work for You, either!!
Wish you could stay in one place for a while and show progress instead of showing a bunch of difference videos of different places it don't show anything just pushing dirt
