Could make the bread smaller and layer them in wax paper and freeze them.Pop them in the toaster when your ready to eat ! No waste and you have plenty if company comes ! 😊
Great idea, I stoped making sour dough because I hated having to discard some on a regular basis. This is the solution, it even looks like pancake, so I can think of a number of ways to use it, such as rolling it with meat and/or vegetables inside.
So you are in Puerto Rico, and me in Minnesota (I like punishment). I see you dealt with hurricane and I with huge winter storm. Will be implementing the last of your suggestions on why to never fertilize. LOL
We bought a HomeBiogas system ~$700. Which is cheap enough that at the price of propane, I could buy a brand new one every two years and throw it away, and I'd still be saving money lol We'll have a video about our system soon if all works out well! Thanks for your input!
Yeah most ingredient counting recipes don't count water, since you don't need to buy it and wonder if you have it in stock, so good enough in my book lol
Water has feelings too
Interesting. It reminds me of traditional injera - Ethiopian flat bread. They use a tiny grain called Teff.
Awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍. Makes sense 👍 😀

I can’t eat wheat, wonder if you could make sour dough with cassava, almond, coconut, etc?
Something worth trying

Exatamente como eu, prático, rápido e ao natural. No fim sabe tudo bem!
