Purple didnt have any tunnels between him and blue. Its often the case that players get stuck in battles with other players and kinda leave their neighbor alone so as not to open multiple fronts, but to not have any tunnels whatsoever is obviously teaming..
Since people keep misunderstanding the rules, could someone make a patch for the game that allows the host to select an option between no rules and pro rules and the appropriate upgrades and units for each general would be disabled when pro rules is selected? Maybe this could be a feature added to GenTool since it's already widely being used?
Still watching the video bout 1/4 through, i was gonna try and defend purple saying it mightve been an honest mistake for the demo upgrade, but cant even do that with the scud being built.
To futher clarify on this too. It was mostly for the ambush GLA could get, paired with the Demo ability you can insta spawn a max ambush anywhere and kill whole armies or wipe out key structures/defenses with no counter and no risk. @florianmaschke269
@@kasin4444 They do provide multiple different buffs, but buffs of the same type do not stack unfortunately. Imagine +80% attack range from SND if they could stack :P
I understand that pro rules remove overpowered stuff but disabling super weapons just removes the fun from the game a bit. why not allow one superweapon per player? Is it that much unbalanced?
how he was a cheater ? when i hear cheating in C&C i think about 1 sec scud but if that was the case the game wouldn't go for 45 minute for like 2 minute everyone would leave
He's using overpowered upgrades not allowed by pre-agreed upon rules (Pro Rules). And he appeared to be teaming with another player. Generally considered foul play in Free-for-Alls. "Cheating" does not necessarily = "hacking," which is what I think you're thinking of.

1) No meaningful defences between the cheaters.

@@kasin4444yes, same with having 2 USA factions, you can get two strategie centers too if I remember correctly.

Gentool doesn’t affect the rules. It’s a 3rd party programme then enables anti cheat, widescreen and some other stuff. Nothing to do with pro rules
