Yeah i think cause of the previous games Hal was just gonna stop making calls completely and listen to Sweet and then Reedz just kept making calls so Hal told him to stop talking lmaoo
Just shows how much respect Hal has for Sweet. He said it in the post game interview too

Actually reedz costed them placement first or second game on stormpoint. Sweet was calling commit right, reedz calling commit left. Hal was in the middle and you could see he didn't know what to do which at the end costed them.
With all due respect to reedz but when you have 2 pros that live off that game, if you get asked to jump you ask how high, you dont do callouts (at least not decision wise ones).

6:50 I’ve watched this game from like 5 different players perspective and at this moment Hal went HUGE. He single handed wiped Aceu’s full team with his ult which allowed Sweet to back up and shoot across. From then on out Sweet and Hal each went nuclear, it felt like they were reading each other’s minds. Such a fun game.
Thats when Hal took the initiative regardless of sweet calling to back off, thats when they took the rhythm to light the lobby even if sweet got krabered few moments later. Actually that kraber hit was a lucky one too, it gave them the breathing room and then went nuclear after that.
@@comradwombat4152 for sure, it was a great example of 2 players with amazing game sense working really well together. Sweet had the main calls but Hal enabled a lot of those plays with his excellent timings. Overall it was really fun.
Why the hell they arent joining forces either at tsm or nrg is beyond me

Once sweet call to climb the stones and fry the guys up top and hal just climb real quick and knows what he would do. Putting 108 on ones head and Q up that was amazing to watch

No offense, but anyone who’s anyone has known that Sweet is and has been the better IGL. Hal is a great IGL, but the things sweet brings to the team is unmatched before he even shoots a bullet.

There’s a difference while they are both great igls, sweet enjoys being igl and Hal does not like being the igl, Hal does it cause he has to. That makes sweet a naturally better igl as they are both evenly matched skill wise
Actual dedicated IGLs actually are pretty rare now that I think about it
tbh Sweet was able to take the IGL calmly for Hal to focus on kills and being relaxed.. this was a history making moment. Makes you wonder if they even thought about being a real team, its all over..
I watched this from Hal and now sweets perspective and I rewatched the video like 3 times, it’s just sooo good and entertaining. Hal respecting sweet enough to give him IGL and then sweet calling everything absolutely perfect is so insane, these really are the top 2 IGLs in apex

Sweet was so locked in in a duo type of mood with Hal that he got bamboozled by Reedz shooting the same enemy team at Checkpoint LOL!!!! I said it on Twitter and I say it now, Hal-Sweet combo is an un-nerfed Kraber type of situation. This game is a jewel.
Sweet hands down the smartest player in apex, Hal looked so much more relaxed and was able to do his thing without having to worry about IGL as opposed to where sweet is able to pop off and still IGL successfully

What's interesting about this is although sweet is IGL he still listened to alot of advice from Hal that paid off. Rather than just taking full control he took advice from a secondary perspective. It's makes them even more of a threat
