Great to see ginger dad again. Truly enjoy your channel and I'm a 70 year old grandmother that knows nothing about farming but I love your attitudes. You never fail to put a smile on my face. Thank you for all you do.
Tom you have a loud voice with this channel, I'm not a farmer but through you and other vloggers I see how much you put in and your love of the land. Go to London, protest but also document it on camera, this isn't just about you it's the legacy you leave for Harvey and all generations to come. Do not let the press control the narrative, show us. I support and wish all of you the best of luck.
Rock and a hard place. BBC is the government mouthpiece, and the six companies that control the World's media and press clearly have a stranglehold on what "news" is covered. Tom may have to make a tough decision between standing up for his and others families futures, and in doing so fall into the BBC blackbook of people not to employ/associate with going forward, due to the conflict of interests (BBC being the Govt mouthpiece v someone who is against the Govt narrative but has previously "enjoyed" BBC program inclusion.)
Also agree. Reality is, Joe public needs the new tax explaining and why it's potentially so damaging. NFU will struggle, but in the social media world is how the message can get across.
Hi Tom, I think it will work out just fine. You know what you are doing and along with your dad you too will get it done. It is amazing how many things you must do in order to produce milk. The farm shop was a great idea another income.
Great to see you are finally getting some decent weather to get sowing Andrew Ward has had a good week too Love the ginger guy's collection's, a right charmer Take care all Geoff
The gamble of raising more forage is worth the risk. With how mild your winters are I would bet that the seed that does not grow this fall will grow early in late winter/spring.
Nice to see you use dutch seed. Barenbrug is a seed company in our region. Also Kramp, a dutch compay you are familiar with. You are doing a good job putting in a cover crop.
Great Sunday video Tom. I’m backing the farming community all the way so good luck for Tuesday. I love your dad’s attitude Tom. I think you should put him forward to speak directly to the government. He would take no sh-t and put them right! 😂😂
Tom, a humble request. 🙏 I'd advise you to film the protest and then do a vid of it. This requires the widest possible coverage and the mainstream media muppets won't give it the visibility it needs. You and other farming TH-camrs have a massive reach, and it's a golden opportunity to highlight the serious issues facing British farming in general. Btw, class shot of your Dad on his tractor .... he looked chuffed to bits...like a kid on Christmas Day.,👍😃
Agricultores de varios países europeos estuvieron hace unos meses atrás protestando por la imposición de la agenda 2030. Francia, Alemania, Italia, España. Los belgas armaron gran protesta😂 también.
Tom, Aitch makes a great point. This is an important issue and your reach could make a difference. It's time to be brave and stand up to all this madness.
Great cover crop to stop washing. That power harrow does the world for the seed bed. That will be nice to mow. If it is a wet spring it will grow. Spread muck when its frozen! Great video.
Great video Tom, fingers crossed for a few more days above 4 degrees and the grass takes. Hope you do manage to get down to London with some quality Pemberton's produce for the food bank of course. Loving the New Merch, I've got my order in.👍.
Great to hear you’re heading to London to support the Farming Community. Should you do a short live yeah I think you should as you have a great audience reach and your community needs that leg up. Loving the content as always, I can hear the stress in your voice but have faith in the Ginger Warrior he could fall in a bucket of muck and come out smelling of roses! Happy days and loved seeing Father on his Tractor, that grin on his face was worth it! Anyway Tom, as always you sir are a gentleman and legend. No go show the other farmers how to use a live stream so we can follow the parade next week and let’s hope those with fingers in their ears hear the voice as one! I hear the worry on locals on the Wolds, they are all stunned and unsure of the future. Let’s home the National steps up for Farming!
Have you thought about undersowing the maize? Give you grass to run on when harvesting the maize and it gets growing when its warm rather than November.
Doesn’t work as a pre-emergent spray needs applied to stop weeds which will not allow grass to grow. The gras wouldn’t grow well anyway due to light reduction with the large maize plants.
On Tuesday the 19 of November. The farmers are protesting against the new inheritance tax. That will make most farmers lose their farms. Instead of carrying it on in the family like old
Hello Tom, I must admit that I really look forward to your videos and was disappointed when Tuesday came and no video. Imam 62 and really get excited to think I can watch you on certain days. Please take care when you go to London.
Great idea guys hope it all works out!! I’m not taking the credit for ye putting in grass seed BUT I did suggest this back when ye planting maize as lads in 🇮🇪 do it too 😜😃
glad you got the seed in worth the risk and could add up to a nice bit of early feed , may be good for your milking cows if you perhaps zero grazed it could push up the milk perhaps if it was dry enough , i know they talking about cold this week but only for a few days , interesting to see how it comes up and how fast it germinates
Hi Tom can we all see more of your DAD's Classic Tractor's if he doesn't mind oh and where do Andrew get parts for Allis Chalmers B as i have 1938 one and need the big fuel tank for mine and how is your Boy
I'd be curious how tritical grows over there a lot of dairy farms over here in the US plant all their acres in corn in spring then spread all their manure when corn comes off and then no till drill tritical for spring and then all the manure again before the next crop or corn it really is the best way in my opinion for space efficiency
Almost done with the video. I'm sure you're aware, but you are living THE LIFE!!! You get to work with your pops every day, you gotta beautiful family, you're feeding the community, you get to drive tractors every day and you're making soon be schmuckc 15,000 miles away from you slightly envious. It just does not get any fekkin better than that bro. You're on top of the world and don't even know it.
if you'd have drilled that two weeks ago, the coming frost may have killed any young shoots emerging. Much better for them to sprout after this frosty week, eh? Love to all.
you are doing what farmers used to do, as soon as one crop came off another went on, it is a practice that is almost all forgotten, along with crop rotation, our ancestors would be turning in their graves with anger to see empty fields.
Should have got Olly/morgan to direct drill it…. Less wheel marks kinder on the soil after you grubbed it. Would have been quicker and cheap than the PH combi.
Hi tom i saw on the welsh paper utbe. That strammer was at the labour conference. And the welsh farmers went to meet him .alot of noise was heard . And he went of the back coward
I absolutely love your dad. What a great fella

Good morning Tom, I'm all for this protest, we need you farmers, so best of luck.👍🙏❤
Did you protest about the job losses on P&O and Port Talbot?

Tom ! I love when your Old man he explain´s the things so detailed.
A really wise and desent man that GingerGuy ! :)
Imagine the shit that man has seen in his years, he's forgotten more than you or I combined will ever know.
Loving the little red tractor ….. aka ….. the Ginger Worrier’s mobility scooter😂😂😂
I love your Dad's red tractor!! Always love the Sunday videos with the Ginger Warrior!
Tom your farm has changed so much over the past 3 years and it's looking great.
That planter/tillage combination is a labor saver. Beautiful machine combination.
11:38 that sunset looks beautiful 😍 👌
in the nicest way you proper look like your old man at the start of this video! Hope all goes well in london and farmers see a positive outcome
I thought that myself aswell, that moustache really makes him look like his pa.
The tractor returns!!! And shows it's big brother how to do it
Thank you for that..thumbs up straight back at you sir

Glad to see the Ginger Dad with his Allis. Your field looks great. Hope your crop comes up ok.
Great to see your Dad the " Ginger Warrior" on his 1947 Allis Charmers model B 😊❤😊
nice Tom. that sunset looks awesome.
Great to see you are finally getting some decent weather to get sowing

The gamble of raising more forage is worth the risk. With how mild your winters are I would bet that the seed that does not grow this fall will grow early in late winter/spring.
The seed that does not grow will rot in the ground.
Great plan with the cover crop. Looks good. It will help. Just like Dad said.
Awsome plan your dads a storm by himself, your all awsome.
Great video Tom hope the grass seeds grow
That seed bed looks great ❤
The nice thing about those older tractors like the Allis is, its the perfect size for small farms.
Nice to see you use dutch seed. Barenbrug is a seed company in our region. Also Kramp, a dutch compay you are familiar with. You are doing a good job putting in a cover crop.
I used to have an old tractor like your dads is didn't have a starter just a hand crank only. I had fun playing with it.

Made that many ruts taking off the maze would be a terrible mess with grass in it
Protest? What protest is coming up? Great video as always! It really seems like your father is getting along very well these days too. Great to see.
On Tuesday the 19 of November. The farmers are protesting against the new inheritance tax. That will make most farmers lose their farms. Instead of carrying it on in the family like old
@ oh man, that sounds scary. Here’s to hoping that protest will lead to change.
we use to aim for august 12 for sewing grass seeds after winter cereals.

Good luck at gathering tomorrow. I remember the Blair fuel escalator. The farmers and lorry drivers saved us from that. 👍👍👍👍👍
Cold snap incoming but lets hope its only a weeks worth or so. Fingers crossed
Tom I have a question you guys talk about maize are you guys referring to the corn that the United States grow
He is mate yes
I bet the drill man got a good education from old ginger father Tom and he would have enjoyed every minute of having him in the cab at the same time 😅

Hi Tom it's. G ooging to be cold ? Good luck with Tuesday,
Find some alternative fields for next years maize, and leave the ryegrass one year. Alternate 1 year maize and 1 year ryegrass.
Agreed - lower pest, weed and compaction concerns when properlu alternated.

Hi good morning Tom and all from Indiana
Another great video Tom
Good luck with the protest!!
Lovely Sunday evening video here in Australia. Great content Tom!!!
Morning Tom
if you'd have drilled that two weeks ago, the coming frost may have killed any young shoots emerging. Much better for them to sprout after this frosty week, eh? Love to all.
I see you've ditched the seat covers on your truck.
Is there a risk of winter frost affecting the young grass shoots?
I bet it settles over winter and is a bugger to mow for silo unless it's rolled in spring
Good morning, Tom! I also have a channel about farming. Wishing everyone a wonderful and lucky weekend ❤

What does your soil temp get to if you can’t grow Italian as this time of year
