Is this board more of a rocker profile or more of a straight up flat board? Or is it a mix of both?? since it was stated “the nose and tail have a rocker profile”
Hey Benjamin! You are correct - the Capita OSL is slightly more of a directional twin but it's set up so you can set your stance more centered for a more 'true twin' feeling or slightly back for a more of an all-mountain/directional vibe.. Hmu if you want to land a great deal on this one or any other board 🤙 Alex, snowboard expert www.curated.com/experts/alex.weber
I cant choose between the Yes Basic and the Capita Outerspace Living for my first board. Im past the inital stage and can make linked turns without falling at decent speed. Which one would you advice between those two? Goal is to playful ride groomers with little jumps, tricks, etc. Here and there some powder occasionally.
Not sure if you still respond but I'm looking at the Capita Outerspace Living (for reference: Im 160lb, 6'1, and boot size 11.5). What size should I get for park? Looking at either 157W or 158.
I’d say the 157w or you could go with a 159w you’re gonna want that extra width cause of your boot size, for example I’m 5’11 185-210 at boot size 11.5 and I got the 2025 159w Outerspace living I went with a 159w cause I fluctuate in weight a lot plus the longer board is more stable in my opinion
I have the assassin 2018-2019, kinda overall like it, but it’s a bit softer when I want go faster and be more stable. Is this outer space living an upgrade for the assassin in that term?
Hey AW! Alex here, snowboard expert @ Curated.com ( www.curated.com/experts/alex.v ) - to answer your question - if you're looking for a step up from the Assassin, check out the Assassin Pro! A bit stiffer and faster. Hmu on my profile if you want to chat! 🤙

They are similar, but DOA rocks the Resort V1 profile. So, a little more aggressive/advanced I’d say over this Outer Space Living. I believe also that the DOA has that radial side cut, whereas the OSL does not. And their bases are different - DOA has the Quantum Drive base, whereas OSL the Super Drive. All and all, similar boards - the DOA has just a little more in it, and I would say is more for a slightly more experienced rider 👍
Hey Matthew! Alex here, snowboard expert @ Curated.com ( www.curated.com/experts/alex.v ) - GREAT question - the new Outerspace Living boasts brand new slightly set back insert packs for a more freeride directional feel when days get deep. Hmu on my profile if you want to chat! 🤙
Hey, I accidentally ordered this board with 157W instead of the 157. Is this going to be okay for me? I'm 5ft10 75kg Shoe size 10.5 US. Experience: around 15days total. Am able to skid turn consistently and carve a little toe side. Can make my way down steeper blues okay. I'd like to progress/learn carving more than anything. Also got the bataleon cameltwo bindings and honestly don't have a clue if that was a good choice! Please let me know if you think I've made a mistake I'd really appreciate it👀. And loving the videos from you guys!

You'll be fine dude.
Yeah man, especially if you wanna start doing more advanced carving in the future with those 10.5 boots
Thanks guys, I'll let you know how I get on!
I keep wonder, why Capita does not make rocker decks!?
I got the capita pathfinder reverse and its almost like a rocker
😂
