Feels like a Pete and Sebastian show since they’re aren’t talking much about medical issues…confused….I thought they used to have people call in with questions and the doctor gave advice…Seb gave the Dad advice…when did it change to chatter only?
Dr Cohen I was told that a normal BM schedule is just about how many meals you have in a day. Saying that, how much fiber are you consuming. I eat a plant based diet which has a lot of fiber. Animal & animal products do not have fiber. Anything with a face or a mother has NO fiber. I find NOT going withing 24 hours is abnormal. Sebastian, yes, water actives the colon.
Sebastian is old school. So he naturally attracts a older crowd I would think . Older crowds are good because they are the ones with the money and who are going to live shows but they are not listening to podcasts that’s why I would think he can sell out arenas but cannot get people to watch his podcast.
The Doctor is clinically constipated.. how does he not know this? “You wanna get that checked out???” no, doc, no. Every day, at least once, depending on how many meals you eat.
Hanukkah is not a Jewish XMas so that's why there isn't "all that production". Does Dr Cohen know his name is priestly? Maybe Sebastian should be kissing the ring!!!!!

At least once a day. If I’m working, typically twice but that’s because I eat more consistently away from the wife and kiddo lol
