    Such a great talk, thanks so much. Pacing is something I struggle with and is a constant struggle but a few of your tips gave me a different take on things. It was so nice listening to your talk, your empathy and understanding of the condition was obvious to hear and very reassuring.

    I suffered 7 years until I took These supplements, which worked for me in 2 days! --> Magnesium L Threonate (must be that specific magnesium), Benfotiamine (type of B1), Vitamin B6 and Vitamin D3. No Rx needed...all supplements. It helped my sister in law too. Pain levels went from an 8 out of 10 to a level 2 out of 10.

    good video! some points that are very relateble.. the causes and symptoms are spot on. but exercise i disagree with..

    I thought blue light was bad for sleep, the male presenter suggests devices boost blue light in the evening, but the opposite is true - they reduce blue light and go more red / orange
