I love builds like this. Everyone strays away from stamp steel baskets and smaller magnets. I was into car audio in the late 90's and still remember subs like mtx thunder 5000 and punch subs, ect... They hit hard in sealed and band pass boxes. Power was low but they could but out decent numbers.
No kidding. Lot of inefficient turds out there too. Just because it has a giant motor doesn’t mean it was built well enough to efficiently use it. Smaller subs with a lot of power in a good box will do wonders. Wish more people understood that.
I had JL Audio 12 W1' and 12 W0's that were just like this and hit super hard. They were only 125 watt rms but eventually i put around 250 watts into them and they really hit! I miss those subs. Bass was much cheaper back then because they didn't need so much power like today's subs.
@Qrvaz the problem too is that people buy those subs with the gargantuan magnets thinking that they can run a gargantuan amp(s) on their stock electrical system. They get mad at the sub maker because it burned up lol. Most folks do not understand Ohms Law....
These subs here are leaps and bounds better than the ones we used in the 80s. Not even Zapco had surrounds like these, and a 500wrms rating was 😮😮😮😮!!!
@@yorkmichael4757 very nice wow those budget Resilient Sounds subwoofers are very nice then if there handing 1500rms watts continuously! SWEET RESILIENT SOUND FOR THE WIN 😃
Yea I am getting all my videos posted by end of this year and attending no shows to get ahead so it doesn't happen again. I am expecting a baby so no shows for me until march 2025 which allows me to be going into next year with no videos. :)
@mi5audio831 well considering I ordered the equipment and supplied the material to him and watched him build it in MY shop I'd have a pretty good guess 😉

@@linccc54 It turns into a dick swinging contest. The bigger isn't always better

How he has his radio not mounted anywhere is how I need mine to be because I have digital climate control for heat and ac
Very nice install. I like that he can play all day vs guys that can only play minutes at a time.
Yeah i was about to say his system has changed from last month lol this has to be old.
What kind of finish is on the floor and back wall? looks dope
Having 2000 watts available is different then what the subs are getting.
👍👍
Sheesh
After ohms rise he's probably only getting 1000rms per subwoofer but still very loud.
Naw there 4 ohm he’s at 1ohm per amp.
@@cameron5543 he's talking about box rise, not how they're wired
With rise we actual clapped just over 6k so 6k ÷4
1500 per

@@JacobViral congratulations
Ask them how much a setup like this actually cost.
Total cost with doing it him self at the shop about 3k$
@@yorkmichael4757 Amps, subs, and box build? I doubt that
