Pistollandslaget - Standard Øvelse - The Rasmus Test

Two Classic targets, one no-shoot. Fixed time 3 sec. A-hits only for a maximum score of 60.
Targets are placed edge to edge vertically. No-shoot target is placed on upper target, against lower A-zone scoring line. T1 is the lower target - T2 is the upper target.
1. 5 meters
Hands down, facing target, pistol holstered in condition 1.
On signal; engage T1 with two rounds and T2 with one round; weak hand only.
Repeat five times for a total of 15 rounds.
2. 5 meters
Hands down, facing target, pistol holstered in condition 1.
On signal; engage T1 with two rounds, perform a mandatory reload and engage T2 with one round: Freestyle.
Repeat five times for a total of 15 rounds.
3. 10 meters
Hands down, facing target, pistol holstered in condition 1.
On signal; engage T1 with two rounds and T2 with one round; strong hand only.
Repeat five times for a total of 15 rounds.
4. 15 meters
Hands down, facing target, pistol holstered in condition 1.
On signal; engage T1 with two rounds and T2 with one round; freestyle.
Repeat five times for a total of 15 rounds.
